I use Himalayan pink salt in most meals as I've always heard it was healthy, thank you for the breakdown.
Great video doc! Like in the good old days🫡
I remember when I was in highschool, I used to watch a ton of your videos like this and watching this video brings me soo many good memories and nostalgia...
Thanks for all the good informations, I've leart soo much from your videos!
My question is, should we bring the iodized salt so that we can enough ioidine in our diet? And also the mineral content in himalayan pink salt is pretty low and you get almost nothing from sprinkling some on your food, like you need high quantities to get some minerals from this salt, but it's not healthy
If it's high quality, you can use it once in a while
Hey Doc!! Ur the best and thank you for all the valuable ‘health info’ to improve our lives ..👍👍❤️
Thanks Jeffrey
Sound quality is just perfect! Sam, thank you for your mic 🎤 😅
Yes... this one is different
Thank you for this video.
Glad it was helpful!
Great info as usual... I use Redmond Real Salt; how does that stand... 🙂
Unless I see tests of it to see, I don't know if it's so pure as advertised. Everything is contaminated nowadays so I still stand with the statement I made in the video: "the best is..."
Thanks!
Welcome!
Nice one
Thanks 🔥
This video came out right on time because I've been told by my doctor I need to increase my salt intake because I have low blood pressure, I eat a whole foods diet no packaged food so very low in sodium but I wasn't sure which salt am I supposed to use or how many teaspoons of salt are we supposed to eat in a day
I'm glad I could help with the right answer to your question! *What other health issue are you interested in?*
How about Celtic sea salt !!! I feel it’s superior to all the other salts !
I am talking about it in the video!
So when I eat Himalayan salt I get something like electric shocks whenever I touch anything that's metal even when touching door locks
Really? That's interesting
And integral salt?🙄🤔🤔
It falls under sea salt and it non-iodized
