I wish there was a gym chain with Pencil Neck Alarm. If some pencil neck comes to complain about grunting, banging weights in deadlifts, tank tops... you just press the alarm and cops take him away
Heard about link alarm and planet fitness , wtf and why ? From the uk and never seen a planet fitness over here but never seen any gym be such bitches about noise
Pro TIp: keeping your upper back off the ground for crunches is such a good way to get the abs activated or "synched" and it protects your neck. Awesome.
Watching this video in 2020 brought up the "remember when we used to go places and do things, things were great" thoughts in my head, when they were in the gym.
I've done chicken like this for years! It's great! You can also use cans of stewed tomatoes (I prefer the Italian style stewed tomatoes). Just throwin' it out there. Thanks, guys.

When explaining how to cook chicken you should include in temperature of when it is done (165° or 75 c°). Or any meat to be safe. Another great video dudes. Thank you
I am a HUGE fan of the Instant Pot. Since it's a pressure cooker it cookers faster. But it also has a slow cooker function if you want to go that rout. It also works great for rice. I use mine a ton.

Hey you guys should try cooking rice in a lot of water like pasta. Supposedly lowers arsenic levels in rice and it also comes out super fluffy and not sticky and gloopy at all. Plus you can still do bulk rice cooking if you have a big pot to cook it in. Works a lot better than a rice cooker imo and easier to clean the pot afterwards too!
Want to thank you guys. I have only rarely “meal prepped” and got given a crock pot slow cooker years ago and I have never used it...until TODAY. You mentioned a favorite recipe of yours is “salsa and chicken” and I was like “waitaminutehere... I have BOTH of those things right here right now”🤔🤔🤔

Alright, made the chicken and waffle this morning. Chicken was spot on and was awesome but i had to make some adjustment to the waffles. I noticed in the video you pulled out a can of baking powder but in the video you said add salt instead of Baking Powder. While I'm not sure if that was intentional or may have been a mistake, either way this recipe does not need the baking powder, in fact hold the Baking powder as it over leavens and make the waffles hollow and dry. The egg alone leavens enough. I assume you did this as your final product looked like mine did after I omitted the baking powder.
Hey Buff Dudes, great video. Not sure if you're gonna see this, but on the off chance you do: be sure to rinse the rice 4-6 times to get rid of the preservatives that it carries. YATS FFUB!
I wish the food recipes and the workout vids were separated like they were in the past. It makes it hard to know where to go down the road if you want to try the recipes. Keep up the good work.
