Woooh! This is one of the best boxing how-to's I ever seen on the double-end bag. Not only is it comprehensive, there's even a progression. Good work, coach!
I Saw a Bruce Lee Documentary as a Young Teen in the 80's , which had a Few-Seconds of Bruce Training on a Double-end Bag ; 10 yrs Later as an Adult , I Invested , and 30yrs-On , I Have One To-this-Day 🎉
I dont fight just thought a double end bag would be a nice addition to the training I do at home! I appreciate the content! Learned a lot here, I am sure I will watch this video over and over!
I can't believe how good this video is. I thought I was doing well on the double end and improving, but this made me realize I'm only about 30% there. So much great stuff to work on.
This is perfect thank you. Also translates very nicely to cobra/reflex bags. I have never realized the potential in the phase when the bag is flying around in a circular motion, and how to come back from it. Your lessons are golden!
Thanks for this video! This is by far my favorite tool in the gym. I use it to train offensive and deffensive combos like you show cased in the last half of this video.
Thanks coach I use this bag a lot but mainly for offense but I’ll incorporate defense as well. Always struggled to slip inside and then outside the bag but I’ll try these.
Thank you Coach! You have provided a full tutorial on this type of bag. Could you please make a video on working with a "fightball" attached to the forehead, like Lomachenko's popular facility?
Love my gray Bambara boxing shirt. Ya’ll gotta sell some black ones!! As always, love love love the videos. Keeping up with your fights is the best part of my week.
@@bambaraboxing of course! I’m from the US but studying abroad in Taipei right now, and I’ve been reppin’ Bambara Boxing with my shirt at the local MMA place I’ve been training at. Love it!
@@deeyo-c7e honestly I'd say go through in order and see what comes easy, and just focus on the drills that give you trouble to start. Then start slowly incorporating them all into full rounds
Coach: Looking for a pair of gloves that won’t fuc »& up my thumb when hitting. I already cut all my Rival string between the thumb and the fist. It did help. Any other gloves liked that somewhere?

Probably the best training video I have seen on UA-cam. Thank you!
Nice! That was a great tutorial! Big take aways for me is not reaching with the hook and the training scar block. Good stuff coach!

Thank you coach!

Can you discuss the set up? No two rigs are the same, but can you discuss height, materials (bungee, nylon rope), optimal rebound, and tension?
15:34 extremely true ❤
Great stuff man..I,ve been doing it wrong..)
Hey Coach, How high of a ceiling do I need to set up a Double End bag? 8'? 10'? 12'? More?
Could you do a video for a reflex bag?
@@RaBellum like a cobra bag?
Hey brother can you do a video or recommend a good groin guard please
@@oneway2017 honestly I just use the high waisted title foul protector. And a good pair of boxer breifs with a good "pouch/ lift/ support".

Strange question : would this bag be good also for Muy Thai or is there a better one for elbows ?
