Excellent video. I live in America and it's unbelievable how few doctors know anything about menopause. I'm 52 and started going through menopause around 40. I now have osteoporosis. My GP never recommended a bone density test even though both parents have osteo and my sister has osteopenia. Crazy. Then when my back was continuing to hurt for 2 years even after doing physical therapy (which was making it hurt worse), I asked for the test. It showed that I had it. I'm so disappointed with the lack of knowledge from the doctors. The orthopedist said that he didn't know much about menopause and bones. What???? I'm now changing doctors, but finding one that knows anything about menopause has been very difficult.

Hi all, a lot more needs to be done to bring this life changing cycle for you ladies and also men, my partner is going through the peri menopause she was 48 when she started the menopause and I am a guy who is neatly 47 and I to am having hot flushes, night sweats forgetting things etc etc I’ve had tests done and they have said i have low vitamin D deficiency, I believe I am also going through the male menopause called Andropause, the reason for my post is i’m so greatful for the 2 books Menopause the books for men and men let’s talk menopause, I brought these books as they were recommended by a ladies menopause group just so I as a guy could understand what my partner is going through. I am also greatful to Davina McCall for making the Sex, Myths and Menopause documentary 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Very informative, my wife is know going through it and this video armed her for when she spoke to a Dr who didn't know what he was talking about, thankyou
It's About Time A Menopause Clinic Was Set Up In Each City in The UK There is Always Going To Be A Need For This Service. This Would Put A Stop To Difficult GP Appointments. Also Up To Date Information & Treatments would Be Available By Experts At The Point Of Need. The N H S Would Save A Tremendous Amount Of Time And Money In The Long Term By Treating Women Earlier Balancing The Menopause Instead Of Leaving Them To Develope Other Health Issues.
Not been able to get estrogel for 3 months other work colleagues and friends also not getting hrt prescriptions filled or being changed to other hrt medications that don’t work for them. This would never happen to men the government would do something. It is so frustrating and no one is speaking about this in media
So so so fantastic for women to have access to this information. I’ve been taking hrt and I had done my research and had to inform the gp of my options. Thank you x
I'm 36 have all the symptoms it's horrendous I can not go on like this chills sweats aches vivid disturbing dreams UTI symtoms headaches itchy fatigue dry eyes horrendous x
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and helping to set our minds at ease. I started going through premature menopause when I was 37. I am now 41 and over the last few years as my hormone levels have plummeted, I have felt myself deteriorate physically, mentally, and emotionally. As someone who has always been physically active and organized, this has been especially difficult to deal with and honestly rather terrifying. I finally found the courage to talk to my GP about HRTs and based on my blood and my lack of periods for over 2 years, it seems I am menopausal. She mentioned antidepressants, but also knows I have no interest in taking them. She also doesn't seem interested in giving me HRTs. After some homework, it seems difficult if not impossible to find the proper hormones in the States. Overseas it is!
Your videos are giving me hope. But my GP and my gynecologist both turned me down this week for HRT because I’m 75 years old and haven’t had HRT for 11 years. I am presently suffering with insomnia, irritability, weight gain and dry skin resulting in psoriasis. I live in Florida and I’m realizing the U.S. is lagging way behind the UK in the diagnosis and treatment of these symptoms.
Shidling, I suffer some of these things too. For psoriasis I take Cod liver oil-I like the liquid version. It has made my skin smoother. Walking + melatonin has helped somewhat for my insomnia. God bless you.
Hi.. love your videos. I wish doctors were more educated on this subject, it is so hard to find a doctor who can help. I have a question, I’m about to be 52 and haven’t had my period since July last year and dealing with anxiety no sleep no energy not feeling myself might feel warm at times but cold most of the time , can I still go on HRT ? Thank you so much
Based on this video I began taking HRT despite my being able to cope with my menopause symptoms. What a nightmare I've had. I opted for the hrt patches as Louise explains there's zero risks with those. I tried putting them on my legs. They fell off. On my bum. They fell off. Eventually I managed to get them to stay on my stomach after wasting 4 patches. The next part is bloody awful. Because I still have my womb I need to take Utrogestan tablets from days 15-26. At 7pm last night I took my 1st 2 X 100mg tablets. After 1 hour I had pain in both legs from ankles to top of knees. 2 hours later I couldn't move. The room was spinning so badly that I couldn't get up & my balance had completely gone. An hour after that my balance began to return slightly but it was still bad. I cannot believe that I wasn't told these are sedatives. It's the morning after the night before & I'm still dizzy, although that's improved 50% but still have a blindly headache & also still have awful pain in my legs. Tried to get medical care but Dr didn't have a clue & told me to just take HRT patches which as confirmed by a pharmacist, is dangerous advice. Got another Dr ringing me later but I'm thinking of coming off HRT altogether. I was well before I began taking it
I'm trying to get the HRT patch off my doctor but I've got the marinara coil and it needs changing my doctor says I carnt have the HRT patch till I've had my coil change I need it now I feel like I'm dying slowly. fatigue all the time it's an effort to make a cup off tea never mind work and looking after a house and family
Hi could you help me with a question about oestrogel, I have a new bottle which has a paper sticker & a green square whereas the previous bottles I have had, had a plastic sticker & a yellow square? Thanks
I wish my GP’s surgery would get up to date training. My HRT needs adjusting. I’m having all the symptoms Louis is speaking about. My gp’s had chosen to stop my. HRT until I have a scan as they think
I'm 43, I have awful digestive problems which after lots of tests my doctor has concluded that I have ibs. I have spoken to women who are menopausal on a forum and some of them said that they have had digestive system problems and that menopause can cause problems with tummy pains and food intolerance. As a menopause interested doctor, would you agree that some women can get tummy issues with menopause? X

Just gone through surgical menopause. A blood clot was found inside the ovary. I had endo stage 4 and my hysterectomy was done in stages. I have been given tibilone as an oral tablet and aspirin,i was given the patch estradot 37.5mcg for 6 weeks but this was changed for bone health. I am not happy about it because it is synthetic. I could never take the contraceptive pill. I would much prefer a patch and gel.I wasnt offered anything else. Very hard to see a Menopause specialist here.
What age is too old for starting HRT? My periods stopped at age 57 I'm now 67 and having "problems" dryness, poor sleep, mood swings. I don't smoke or drink alcohol.
Hi im 66 and struggled through the menopause with no help. I am now wondering if there is any point in trying some form of HRT now. I struggle with ongoing sleep issues, brainfog, etc. Or is it too late for me?
Karen I'm no expert but I would advise you to listen to Dr Louise's podcast there is a podcast for the older woman and it's never too late xx we need the hormones until we are no longer

I have problem law libido, bone hurting. I have been taking hrt for 10 years I stopped because my leg started hurting. I am 62 . What can I do ? What kind of hrt can I take. Please if you see this. Advice me?
I have chronic over heating and hrt did nothing. It's so bad my clothes soak right through and on top of that are the hot flushes and night sweats. It's no thyroid related and I've just been abandoned by my GP. Also is it not estrogen dominance that causes the flushes. No mathow many people explain the menopause none say the same thing. It's exasperating
Hello, thank you so much for this fantastic video 🙏. You mentioned that women who have had a hysterectomy and are on HRT patches have no risk of breast cancer. Does this also apply for women who’ve had a hysterectomy but still have their ovaries?
Please I really need advice... been taking degestrol for heavy periods but now am going on HRT elleste duet.. should I be taking too much progesterone?.. really if anyone can advice me ,many thanks
Hi Dr Newton ...i know your very busy but just wanted to ask you a quick question......ive gone through my menopause now I think and im aged 52 ....i have lost a lot of my hair and my confidence....im currently on HRT and have been for 4 months now , its change my life in so many ways with a lot symptoms...but my hair hasn't changed and awful lot sadly 😔....do you think it will help with my hair long term ?
Hi Dr Newson, thank you for making these videos to educate us. May I ask that if you have never suffered from migraines but they started around the menopause, could HRT help or is the cause likely to be something completely different? Thanks.
I started getting migraines with aura when I was in my early 40s,I'm 60 now and recently started hrt, ( sick of not sleeping due to sweats etc etc)my gp said they will either stop or get could worsen, touch wood, so far, 3 weeks in, I haven't had a migraine.
Hi ladies, here is a fact sheet from Dr Newson that you may find helpful: www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/media/files/Fact-Sheets/Migraine-and-Menopause.pdf Best wishes.
Please listen to her podcasts there's even more information on migraines etc on there. If it wasn't for listening Dr Louise's podcast I would still be suffering in silence
If someone is on continuous progesterone because they are post menopausal, is it safe to up the dose from 100mg to 200mg if you up your Estrogel gel pumps to 5 or 6, or will 100mg of progesterone still be enough?
I would like to know the answer too. I have heard of people using 200mg every night but my gynae insists 100mg is enough. Seems to cause spotting for me though
@@diannestevens7951 I'm on 3 pumps Estrogel and 100gm of progesterone and I've started brown spotting after five weeks. Today there was some red blood. I feel congested and slightly crampy. I'm seeing my doc tomorrow. I'll ask him about it. I don't want to go back to having bleeds again.
This is really helpful and I've shared it with a few of my friends already. I'm just curious, I'm thinking of trying the gel but as someone who workouts alot and who has built alot of muscle mass I've read that in a year HRT can make you loose muscle mass? I'm just 50 and I'm worried about that side effect.?
Hi Dr, I am 56 years old when I was 43 years old I got a menopause for the last 13 years I was suffering sleep Problem .A couple months ago I went to Gynecologist She want to put me in 05 mg Estradiol.Do you think is it a good idea after 13 years Post menopause. Please help me give me your idea.
Yes , I'm 56 and on hrt last 6 years and it's best decision I made. Old woman are taking it, why not 😳 what they got to loose. You wont get anything better from vitamins or cosmetic surgery and you'll look ten years younger feel great and you'll feel a nicer person. Menopause is miserable I really don't buy any women saying oh I'm fine I didn't feel anything , oh I'd never touch hrt , they don't know the positive things about hrt, meanwhile they are shuffling around looking like Golam 🥴 and suffering with vaginal atrophy. No thanks, It's holy grail to me. ❤️
Hi I’d started having peri menopausal effects 18 months ago, 12 months ago I was diagnosed with breast ca, fortunately it was hormonal receptive. This means I’ve been started on Tamoxifen which I’ve been told as it’s a hormone suppressant i cannot have HRT . I have been thrown into the menopause since taking it, is there anything I can take to help with my symptoms? Many thanks
Hi Sara, Dr Newson has created a huge amount of free menopause resources over on her website www.menopausedoctor.co.uk - many of them on the topic of menopause and cancer. You might find some helpful information on there, here is the link: www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/search?query=cancer Best wishes.
My doctor has told me there is more estrogen in the contraceptive pill than in my everol 100 patches. This is the only option I have been given because my body doesn't seem to be absorbing the patches well. Surely this can't be right, I said I would have a think about it and get back to her
So do you take HRT for the rest of your life or is it just for the symptoms to get you through the other side? The other side I guess we loose the hormone and are at risk of health problems? Or this there a different hormone replacement on the other side? Or once we are on the other side, we don’t need to take any hormone replacements? As you can tell, I’m sooo confused. I’m 49 years old.
Oh my goodness! I was diagnosed with exactly this, completely out of the blue, and had no idea that it could even possibly be a menopausal symptom at all! I went through early menopause between the ages of 31-36 years of age, was told I didn't need HRT and just to drink lots of milk, which eventually gave me kidney stones! I was told that losing weight would be virtually impossible now, so I stopped trying and facial hair is causing me severe problems! This video has opened up a whole new world for me! I wish there were more Dr Louise Newson's out there! All I got when reporting my suspicions that I had started menopause at 31 was that I "was being ridiculous" as I was "far too young"! 😕
Due to very low levels of testosterone, I started testogel at 1 pump three times a week. I started on Tuesday and so far applied it three times. (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). I started feeling a depressed mood on Friday. Could it be the body getting used to it? I don't want to stop as I need it. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping it's a normal part of adapting to it. I'm also on Estrogel and prometrium which I started early March.
I’m a guy and I’m not laughing I feel this is the cause of my partner asking for a break she is nearly 49 , you’d think with her symptoms she’s just exhausted by what she does in her day to day life, but now I’m her partner I’ve seen her put on a brave face to others then slump on me where she can’t be bothered to do anything, I picked up on her change around 8 weeks ago. we are on a break now and have not spoken for 4 days until today where she’s told me she’s made an appointment at the dr’s and she’s having a blood test but knowing her cycle she is worst the week before her monthlies and better once she starts to release her blood! so she will be having her blood test done between being on and coming off so she will have a normal blood test reading.. can I also ask I’m a bloke 46 and I get night sweats and hot flushes
Yes, many doctors just kept prescribing me anti-depressants, which just made me worse. When I insisted I felt my symptoms were due to ‘the change’ I was ordered to have blood tests but I’ve since discovered that literally NO blood test can identify menopause or peri-menopause!!. It’s shocking the lack of understanding and knowledge amongst medical professionals (both male AND female) regarding menopause and associated symptoms. After many years of suffering it took me seeing a junior, female doctor who was experienced in the field of menopause (I was suicidal by that point) who identified my symptoms as hormonal issues. I got lucky. She suggested HRT and asked me many questions regarding medical history to deduce which form of HRT to put me on. Within ONE MONTH I began feeling like my old self again. Like a human being and able to enjoy life again. 6 months in, and it’s like a revelation..I’m a different person. Don’t give up. You sound like a very supportive gentleman. I hope your partner gets the help she deserves..but it can take some persistence, which I find incredibly sad. Anti-depressants and a course of CBT will not help. I feel like I lost 6 years of living a life of any quality because my symptoms were misunderstood.
@@debboo69 wow!!! You really did have a hard time, especially if you were so low to feel the way you did but to feel as you are now it must be amazing to be back to you again. Thank heavens for the Junior Dr that picked up on your well-being and got you the right help or who knows where you’d be right now. I do understand that no blood tests can identify peri menopause or menopause it’s just the low and high they’d see and as my Cinderella will be between on and coming off they will say all is ok !! . I think it is wrong that you ladies go through body changing times and the medical professionals can’t pick up on it, surly by now it’s been around long enough for a normal GP to think hang on we give out anti-depressant tablets for ladies of a certain age when there must be underlying issues. I emailed hello@menopause support and I had some information back and in the information there are 2 sheets that over a period of time ladies can keep a track of their cycle and write down how they feel etc etc then they had it to their GP so they can see it for themselves which I think is a good idea. I would really love to go with my lady when she goes to the Drs to support her and to explain to them my findings and how she has changed in herself and with me but no matter how much she pushes me away I know she loves me. I feel sorry for guys who don’t have the information the understanding or support either with what’s happening to them instead of just assuming that the ladies are going off them or having an affair when the last thing for you all is to have the affair when sex is last thing on your minds. All it takes is a little knowledge and they’d get it they’d alter their ways and be more supportive towards their ladies who they say they love , I know I love my woman this is why I’m on different sites finding information out and we do not live together but one day we shall it would be so much easier if we were, she is a tough lady but has some insecurities she says she loves me to much but yet pushes me away when all I want to do is show her and support her to reassure her, she’s had some rotters in the past but I’m here and I’m here to stay with her she has said she is so lucky to have me but I feel I’m so lucky to have her. Well for me it’s only more research and support from a distance until she is ready to allow me back in where she’s flinging her arms around me. Now that she has mentioned about her hormones being all over the place, I’m not sure if it’s the right time for me to say look beautiful, can we talk about it and explain to her what I’ve noticed and share with her that she’s not alone in this as I too have done a little research into this or just say to her please tell me what you’d like me to do so I can take some of the burden off of her so she doesn’t think she’s going mad, crazy or insane.. I wish you all the best debboo69,. Ps I mean up until yesterday I didn’t know men go through the change too,, ours is called Andropause.....
Hi I started going through the change 43 my problem was bleeding every day went on hrt they messed it up for me my bleeding stopped I had lot of stress while going through it my periods stopped when 46 I'm now 52 thing I'm over it now is there anything I could take for my sex drive I don't have one when stopped bleeding that when put weight on and low sex drive was there but not like I use to have did have stress in a realship
Because your gyn is wise, honest and not bewitched by pharma reward$. If you have bad menopause symptoms, chances are you have iodine deficiency (most people do these days) ... and your body is probably too acidic. Address those two things before you go *anywhere* near HRT.
I disagree with the comment about herbal organic plants ,we are organic humans ,presribed medications are the worry and the list of health problems you can accumulate from prescribed medications
I understand your thinking. But Hormone Replacement Therapy is exactly what it says on the tin. Can you recommend an herbal supplement that will effectively replace oestrogen?
@@debboo69 Hi foods that naturally replace estrogen: flax seeds, soyabeans, dried fruit, sesame seeds which are also rich in calcium, garlic, peaches and berries. Herbs chastberry, also red clover, best wishes😇
@@nicolaverma3729 I understand you are well meaning, but those foods will not replace the estrogen lost due to menopause. I tried the natural way and had several consults with a naturopath. I radically changed my diet cutting out all processed foods and eating lots of whole natural foods. This helped a tiny bit, but not much. The only thing that truly helped was menopause hormone therapy. I should have done that first rather than wasting all that time and money at the naturopath.
Hi Shirley, Dr Newson has created lots of resources on this topic that you might find helpful. You can find them all over on menopausedoctor.co.uk, here is the link: www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/search?query=surgical Best wishes.
My Menopause Doctor Thank you. I have read the fact sheet Menopause and Cancer which doesn’t specifically mention the BRCA gene although it does say “There are alternative medications that can be prescribed for symptoms if you cannot take HRT...” It then goes on to mention drugs that have possible unpleasant side effects and will/may not address the long term health problems associated with lack of oestrogen. Is it therefore correct to assume that women who carry the BRCA gene will just have to soldier on?

I am also greatful to Davina McCall for making the Sex, Myths and Menopause documentary 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Very informative, my wife is know going through it and this video armed her for when she spoke to a Dr who didn't know what he was talking about, thankyou

She is so on point with everything she's saying
I’d rather risk cancer than live a miserable 30-40 years
Me too!
This is so import! Thankyou Dr 💪🏼💪🏼We all need to spread the word ladies 💞💞
Not been able to get estrogel for 3 months other work colleagues and friends also not getting hrt prescriptions filled or being changed to other hrt medications that don’t work for them. This would never happen to men the government would do something. It is so frustrating and no one is speaking about this in media
Absolutely fine, And at the end of the activity, when the reward appears the brain shakes itself awake and makes sure everything unfolded as expected.
So so so fantastic for women to have access to this information. I’ve been taking hrt and I had done my research and had to inform the gp of my options. Thank you x
My only menopause symptom was loss of period. This is common for many women who live a whole food, plant based lifestyle & exercise almost daily. 💚
I'm 36 have all the symptoms it's horrendous I can not go on like this chills sweats aches vivid disturbing dreams UTI symtoms headaches itchy fatigue dry eyes horrendous x
I love this information and the speaker on this video. If only we could speak without judgement!
I utterly love you, saved my life🥰
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and helping to set our minds at ease.
My doctor has never offered me HRT! Maybe I could try the patch!
Your window for her is 5-10 years after stopping your periods
hrt at this age would have no benefit
Please watch menopause barbie (dr barbara Taylor )
Shidling, I suffer some of these things too. For psoriasis I take Cod liver oil-I like the liquid version. It has made my skin smoother. Walking + melatonin has helped somewhat for my insomnia. God bless you.
Are you saying there is no hope for me at 69? Even though I have brain fog, lack of muscle power, fatigue.
@@lucaselaine Similar for me - I am almost 63. The Menopause Doctor has a different opinion about this.
I've found there are conflicting opinions regarding what age is too old to take hrt.
What if you have elevated liver enzymes? I also have osteopenia .Yes I quite my job because of it 😩I am 59 menopause 10 years.
Hi.. love your videos.
I was well before I began taking it
I'm trying to get the HRT patch off my doctor but I've got the marinara coil and it needs changing my doctor says I carnt have the HRT patch till I've had my coil change
I need it now I feel like I'm dying slowly. fatigue all the time it's an effort to make a cup off tea never mind work and looking after a house and family
Wow amazing o wish I could see her
I'm 43, I have awful digestive problems which after lots of tests my doctor has concluded that I have ibs. I have spoken to women who are menopausal on a forum and some of them said that they have had digestive system problems and that menopause can cause problems with tummy pains and food intolerance. As a menopause interested doctor, would you agree that some women can get tummy issues with menopause? X
I have that too!
Thankyou for sharing your video

Just gone through surgical menopause. A blood clot was found inside the ovary. I had endo stage 4 and my hysterectomy was done in stages. I have been given tibilone as an oral tablet and aspirin,i was given the patch estradot 37.5mcg for 6 weeks but this was changed for bone health. I am not happy about it because it is synthetic. I could never take the contraceptive pill. I would much prefer a patch and gel.I wasnt offered anything else. Very hard to see a Menopause specialist here.
It would be helpful to have links to the various websites mentioned in the video.
What age is too old for starting HRT? My periods stopped at age 57 I'm now 67 and having "problems" dryness, poor sleep, mood swings. I don't smoke or drink alcohol.
There is no age limit. Go for it!
Please go to your doctor and get HRT, I’m 65 and have just started with the Newson Clinic , like you I have sleep issues brain fog and about 20 more symptoms! I want to feel like me again, we all as women deserve this help , why should we live half lives ! Good luck to you go get the help you deserve
No.. Women are taking Hrt in their 80 's!.. Dont forget we are living longer!.. Give it a go 🙂
Thank you for this sensible and informative talk. You work so hard for women everywhere. ☺
Omg we can finally hear her! Amen! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
thankyou..so informative and also so reassuring .
I so wish you was my doctor im 6 years in to menopause I did try hrt in the beginning but had a bleeding when I went back to my doctor she took me off it with out offering me a different hrt I feel a lot better flushing as nearly gone mood is good but my bones are really bad im in a lots of pain in legs and back i also have a prolapse if you read this doctor Louise could you reply to give me advice
Omg 😢I wish someone could help me sleep i can’t take this anymore 😔😢
Thank you my doctor was great and he’s a male , l decided to try a different option but it didn’t work so now lm going onto HRT x
I have problem law libido, bone hurting. I have been taking hrt for 10 years I stopped because my leg started hurting. I am 62 . What can I do ? What kind of hrt can I take. Please if you see this. Advice me?
What causes the severe fatigue?
Lack of oestrogen
I have chronic over heating and hrt did nothing. It's so bad my clothes soak right through and on top of that are the hot flushes and night sweats. It's no thyroid related and I've just been abandoned by my GP. Also is it not estrogen dominance that causes the flushes.
No mathow many people explain the menopause none say the same thing. It's exasperating
The best video I found!!!!!! Thank you
My skin and hair fine, it's other symptoms like hot flushes and more personal issues...
What do I do if I'm having problems on the natural HRT yet my GP wont send me to a specialist, what can I do ?
Go private.. It wl be worth it 🙂
Hi Dr Newson, thank you for making these videos to educate us.
Anna Shiegl thanks for taking the time to reply and so pleased the HRT is helping you. Take care.
Hi ladies, here is a fact sheet from Dr Newson that you may find helpful: www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/media/files/Fact-Sheets/Migraine-and-Menopause.pdf
Best wishes.
Now you mentioned yam can one just have yam and other root vegetables more in the dirt??
Why do doctors call it The menopause? No none goes around saying The puberty
Thank you❤️
This is really helpful and I've shared it with a few of my friends already.
No thanks,
It's holy grail to me.

You might find some helpful information on there, here is the link: www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/search?query=cancer
Best wishes.
Hi Dr. Newson, I am in US, would I be able to consult with you? Are you seeing patients currently?
Which form of estrogen do you recommend for those of us with migraine with aura? Thank you
Oh my goodness!
Is the app balance of German? I
I’m a guy and I’m not laughing I feel this is the cause of my partner asking for a break she is nearly 49 , you’d think with her symptoms she’s just exhausted by what she does in her day to day life, but now I’m her partner I’ve seen her put on a brave face to others then slump on me where she can’t be bothered to do anything, I picked up on her change around 8 weeks ago. we are on a break now and have not spoken for 4 days until today where she’s told me she’s made an appointment at the dr’s and she’s having a blood test but knowing her cycle she is worst the week before her monthlies and better once she starts to release her blood! so she will be having her blood test done between being on and coming off so she will have a normal blood test reading.. can I also ask I’m a bloke 46 and I get night sweats and hot flushes
Thank you for sharing im not looking forward to this .
What about fibroids
Dr where are you based please x
I believe she has clinics in Stratford upon Avon & another in Lymm, Cheshire. If you look on her website it should be more specific 👍
Why is my GYN very against HRT?

Can HRT be prescribed for women who have a surgical menopause because they carry the faulty BRCA gene?
Hi Shirley, Dr Newson has created lots of resources on this topic that you might find helpful. You can find them all over on menopausedoctor.co.uk, here is the link: www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/search?query=surgical
Best wishes.
My Menopause Doctor
Thank you.
Maybe read today's daily mail louise
