Not only does Elvis have the greatest voice in the world, but he has more rhythm than anyone in the world. I'll also add, the best-looking guy in the world.❤❤the King Forever
I am so happy that I can see you enjoy Elvis. Thankyou for the kind things you say about him. Us fans who grew with him from the 50's will NEVER forget him. He way a special person.
You could tell he was doing this wonderful performance asong for his beloved fans. ELVIS PRESLEY was just something we will never see again. Mr Charisma he had it all in SPADES.
So many elements at play here that first requires acknowledgement of his beauty. But for us, he contorts it, to surrender himself to the music. His body becomes an instrument with perfect timing. He injects oddities to remind us who is in charge…not him, not us. He takes us on a rhythmic journey that can only be described as painful when realizing that it has ended… but what a ride. The incomparable Elvis Presley.
I love Elvis. Been to Graceland 3 times. I never got to see him in person though. I really missed out on that. His voice is excellent. He can sing anything
"Now thats Polk Salad" Love watching him having a good time...Ronnie Tutt is wild on the drums and Elvis is wild with his moves !! WHAT A PERFORMANCE! !!!!!!!
Elvis was the best friend i ever had in my entire life. we met when i was 17 yrs old. I won a radio show contest and the prize was a day with Elvis but our friendship lasted past that one day in time. All the memories of my friend are tucked safe in my heart forever. i saw him numerous times he was amazing he was not only my friend but a big brother as well. I never will get over his death it haunts me everyday seeing him in video's dancing and singing breaks my heart because i know he is not here anymore my mind understands but my heart never will, i saw him a few weeks before he passed he said kiddo everything will be okay i said E. nothing will ever be okay again, i was crying so hard he gave me a little kiss on the cheek and said i love ya kiddo always remember that okay i said love ya too E. that was the last time i saw my friend alive again. I walk past Graceland everyday without fail. Anyway i loved your reaction i hope you will watch more of his music videos love from Memphis Tn.
Sandra Miller You understand Elvis so well, he was a performer, back then writers were not performers, and they would pitch their songs to Elvis, and is a cardinal rule that the did not record them! If he had they would not have made the money they did, and 'THEY" all thanked himm all the way to the bank. I am tired of explaining to people who are not looking at the big picture back then. Ignorance is not something I can tolerate, if anyone needs to study the man, go back to the day, and ask all those songwritesr how happy they were for Elvis to record their songs, and break the barrier! Enuffsaid! I hope one day I meet you Sandra! Best Always!
This is one of my favorite videos of Elvis. The suit he’s wearing here is my favorite too. He looked so good at this time of his life - lean & healthy and at his best musically.
Elvis Presley may had not been a song writer but he could put his own feeling's a style into any song a sing it better then the orginal artist. That's what made him the king of music.
SANDRA: You are 1 unique and objective person/friend/fan, when it comes to Elvis' legacy! Our generation that comes a decade or two under Elvis, must carry on the torch and continue to educate future generations of E fans!
John everybody says that that jumpsuit is the favorite of all jumpsuits his legacy will go on to generations the generations we have to keep it going I appreciate it thank you so much❤
❤ 🎶 "Ohhh.. Dear John 💃 Absolutely Fabulous ; Beloved Elvis Presley 💘 an Extraordinary Voice 🎶 and Persona like No other's.. Magnificence 🏆 ln Abundance. Thanks for Sharing Love 💘 and Enjoy a Fabulous 🌴 Day..".. 🎶 ❤
I never fire of watching and listening to the best of all time. He will never die, because he will live on in the hearts of those who 💘💘💘 and miss him.😊😊😊😢😊😢😊
The Great Elvis Presley was singing about a wild plant "Polk Salad" that was picked in the woods and carried home and cooked generally by people who lived in the country in Louisiana.
Wow this audience just loved this song - the rythm, beat, drums - all instruments are fantastic. And Elvis truly nails it with his moves and singing! Bet these people in that concert still remember everything! Thanks John for your work - love it tremendously! God bless you!
I love how when he goes into that breakdown he's so into the motion of it that he accused his band One Beat early on the back beat. And it is something that should occur on the BackBeat he was just one beat in advance. And it's funny how his band is so experienced they just corrected behind him and he's so damn cool he just immediately acknowledged it was like you're right, you're right man. And then just pull the microphone cord out of the way and went to town. He's known for being unpredictable since he was very young like even at 1956 stuff that you can find on UA-cam, he was always doing something unexpected and even then his band with DJ Fontana and Bill black on base rest in peace and Scotty more of course on guitar. Even they had to contend with him just doing totally unexpected things. He always had the best bands and they always had the best camaraderie. That really says something Beyond just his Raw talent. I say this as a musician that has played in some really good bands and composed stuff and been in the recording studio a lot. Enigmatic character but he's a guy I would love to play with any day of the week. And whatever group he would have around him. I'm so impressed. He was a fantastic arranger as well.
Sandra : iwas fortunate to see him about 25 or more times.....first one in Vegas 1969 when Bill Miller Elvis promoter and a close famly friend got us sitting in the front booth with dom perignon.....what a show, and we met him after the show, and I was tongue tied, and looking at him in awe, when i was introduced. He was a gentleman, caring human being, no wonder he has so many loyal friends across the globe, some of whom that never saw him live. I did see him for sveral years till the laset Dec Vegas engagement in 1976, where he looked terrible and could not stay through the performance without being on a stool, at that time i knew there was a problem, the show only lasted 30 minutes......it was sad to see him go out like that.....wish he lived for many many more years and made another sper comeback......anyway we have the a lot of good years to remember him by,
He was cool guy, at this time. And i totally agree, this white suit is my favorite, too. At the time between '68- '73 he was in great condition. And you can see what fun he had on stage. The band and he was a team and it worked great together. 🎶 Thanks for your reaction, and keep up the good work.!
And to think someone said he couldn't sing. They couldn't have been more wrong and Elvis proved it too. I like this video a lot too, but then I like all of his.😊😊
Thank you so much for your reactions to this Elvis great. Yup! The suit was great and he was in perfect form. The band was great and I don't think Elvis would have had it any other way. I too believe that he was having a great time and the little things, like the note, that came into play were definitely fun. He was the King! R.I.P. Elvis Presley
A great Elvis staple in his live shows , the drummer Ronnie Tutt and Elvis show their strong connection in alot of songs like this and James Burton Guitar adds that soulful flavor great Swamp Rock on this one

Grande performance. Elvis fantástico.
What a performance Elvis Presley had it all.
Whenever I introduce Elvis to my friends, this is the performance I would want them to watch. Such energy. The charisma and all.

Nothing, even today that compares to his gyrating. One of best songs ever done.
"Now thats Polk Salad" Love watching him having a good time...Ronnie Tutt is wild on the drums and Elvis is wild with his moves !! WHAT A PERFORMANCE! !!!!!!!
Heck yeah!
I think I played this four times in a row just now
Elvis the king of music.
I love Elvis doing this song . The band is awesome and together this is one of my favorite songs by them.
Ronnie Tutt said playing for Elvis was like playing for a stripper . You had to watch every move and drum that beat . Loved Ronnie , RIP ❤
I heard that Elvis wanted Ronnie because he was the only drummer that could play to his body movements, lol
A Masterpeace, Awsome,
The best and beautiful signer, entertainer of all time...🌹🌹💕💕⭐Thank you Elvis,

The way he would conduct everything happening on stage was magnificent.
You ask " I hope you like it" are you crazy? He is God's creation the one & only one there will be no other like him. Do we like it? hell yes.
Elvis Presley could make you laugh on your worst day ,,,he had that kind of magic charm a charisma.
Elvis Presley may had not been a song writer but he could put his own feeling's a style into any song a sing it better then the orginal artist. That's what made him the king of music.

Elvis Presley had such a great scence of humor.

Gosh come back elvis , what a singer, just fantastic x
He had a great a lot humor ,and a lot off ritme,I like that ,the golden voice
The dude just had so much swag. Women loved him and guys wanted to be him. I wish I could have seen him live in the early 70's.
So in controle, every move he makes is a sign for a instrumental reaction. The group and Elvis fitted like a glove. So tight.
When I turned 16 I went to Graceland for the first time. Now I'm 43 been many times. Love elvis
Elvis made you feel it!! He made you.... feel the music!!!!!

Angel I agree! They really had a strong connection on stage which is very important for a good performance. Thanks for watching.
Elvis always stood in front of the drums. To the beat, he almost conducted.
Ronnie
Elvis the best the king the voice
James Burton The man.
He led the players as he sang. They had to watch his every move.
That’s the most fun song he dis. Very entertaining. Thank you.
He was the BEST!
Great reaction. I appreciate the fact you didn't keep stopping the song to talk.
🙏😊
That's the chain suit. I also like the white with fringe from this era and of course his iconic American eagle suit from aloha from Hawaii
His body was literally an extension of the drum set.
I can listen or watch his dvd too for 12 hours . Sometimes until 3am . Don’t call crazy.
Hi John,
I'm just mezmarised, I can't take my eyes off him. Thanks John xxx 💝
When Elvis was conceived, God responded and said, son wow! you're going to be different. You will be spectacular, and you will be loved by millions. "There will only be one"
This suit is actually on display at Graceland in an air tight display case. Along with a lot of his other suits. 💖 Love him always
Wow! This would be awesome to see. Thank you.
As a musician. You do well.
But no one will take the place of Elvis and I am.not saying that's what your doing. I know you are seeing what kind of man and musician he was.
I quess I am one of those elvis fans that absolutely loves his music.
But I also love the man.
Elvis was so much more then a musician.
He was a human being. That loved entertaining.
There is a difference between an image and a human being it is hard to live up to an image.
He said that at his interview I believe before he preformed at MADDISON SQUARE GARDEN.
BUT I do want to thank you for what your doing. Its helps him live on for newer generations.
Again I appreciate you doing what you do to keep his memory alive.
Thank you! Great comment. I totally agree with you.
Another fav, Love This Man & His amazing talent!!!!
