    When making ahead about how long will the ingredients last in the fridge? ESP. The pickled cabbage.

      Quinoa and vegetables should last up to a week and the pickled cabbage up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Dressing and sauces up to a month (doubt they will last that long) 😆

    I thought you had to rinse quinoa before cooking?

      You absolutely can. I usually do it for rice but don’t for quinoa 🤔
