I collect like 20 lighters because I kept forgetting to carry one on me when I bought a pack. The sensation is like sitting down and relaxing after accomplishing something really hard and important. Except then comes the guilt of not having accomplished anything. I finally was able to quit after two years, by switching to nicotine pouches, then weaning myself off of them. My suggestion after experiencing it is to not try them. I already did it for you so you don’t have to. If you are currently struggling to quit, I don’t judge you for back sliding. But try to because they really are awful for your health. Try doing what I did, by using nicotine pouches and weaning yourself off.
