This is awesome. I always subconsciously knew he was involved in everything. The moment a company owner gives all responsibilities to managers and employees and shops the rest of it out overtime it will fall apart. Not all the time but most of the time unless it’s something super easy. Everyone else is just there for a paycheck that’s not enough to keep a company going.
