I have the smallrig cage and you can attach the cage horizontally on any conventional quick release mount without using extra part (the cage has the correct geometry), but you cannot do the same vertically... If you need to do that... you have 3 holes on the side to install any quick release you want... Best
Hello thanks for watching! I use the Eterna film simulation in camera, and color graded the footage with FilmConvert Nitrate

I have a question regarding X-E4 grip. Can you let me know if you have any issues with ejecting battery? I have 3 original Fuji batteries and I really have to struggle to remove them. Do you have any simple way for that or your batteries just slide down when you push this yellow tab?
Great video!! Recent I bought xe4 , while clicking pictures it slightly warm up at thr bottom. So is it normal for it to warm up, i am new to this ..will be a great help
It's normal if you are shooting continuous burst pics, or shooting under the sun. The camera will also get warm if you are filming 4k video and rolling for more than 10mins
You can get the Nitecore NP-W126s. But I recommend getting the original battery for better battery life, especially if you are using the camera for video. 3rd party batteries run out very fast when you use the cam for recording 4K video
you can only use small lenses on the XE4 to get it balanced on the crane M2. I found using the Fuji 16mm F2.8 prime lens the best match to balance on the crane M2
@@movichris hey, thanks for the quick answer, yea I realized that too, I have the 18-55mm lens and it's way too big for the crane m2 so I ended up buying the Weebill s which can handle a havier set up and is not as big and bulky as the others gimbals
How are things in focus as you cannot change focus points with gimbal? Subject position changes. right? basic question but I am new into this and so asking.
The gimbal shots at the end were quite cinematic. Would you recommend xe4 to make short films with dialogues?
Thank you for info!
Great video, thank you! I am thinking about reducing my X-T3 to a X-E4 because it's so light weight but high quality still. Lets see :)
Good review! Thanks!
thank you for watching!
Nice video Chris, you have a great channel for Fujifilm :) #fujicommunity
Thank you Simon! Will keep up the good work and more Fuji videos coming up!
Nice one !
Can you attach the Xe4 with the cage vertically on a tripod? I see it has a hole, but I want to double check before buying. Great video!

hi, what's that on the lens in the 2:25min mark. It looks like some sort of filter with a silver knob
hi bro where did you get the small rig?
Hey buddy, how did you get those levels in your viewfinder? Visible at 2:39
Hi Chris, great video! Did you use one of the fuji simulations or colour in post for this video? It looks great! Thank you :)

@@movichris thanks brother . I was shooting continuously in film simulation that's why it might have got warmer.

possible to do walking shots with manual lens?
Can i connect the xe4 to the gimbal to use the rec button?
No, to my knowledge, only the new model of Zhiyun Crane M3 and the DJI RSC 2 supports the Fuji cameras to use the rec button on the gimbal
@@movichris Thanks :) do you recommend the xe4 for video b cam? Im already have an xt3
still not confident enough to bring my xe4 out in rainy days 🙈
I was so worried at first, but it seems to be ok with a weather sealed lens.
