Check out twin brothers Sergio & Fika Motsoeneng, who cheated in the 1999 Comerades Marathon by taking turns running the race. They wore the same clothes and bib numbers but were found out when it was noticed they wore their watch on different wrists.

They would only be banned if it is found to be a government run doping program like with Russia which I dont think it is, and while they do have the 3rd highest amount of people banned at 70 currently as of 1st Feb, India in 2nd currently has 79 athletes/athlete support personnel banned so should they also be banned as a country?

Well quite a good number of US athletes were caught in the 90s and early 2000 almost as much as Russians and nobody painted US in a bad light. Paint the person not a whole nation unless it’s a state sponsored doping like what Russia did. Add negativity to Saruni TRP not Kenya.

Kenya is the power house of runners, and they do have a lot of competition just to get seletected to run for the national team, so for young runners the amount of work they gotta show is beyond the world and thats why some end up doping because competition is just unreal.

If you want to do a video explaining how to legally compete against dopers who pass the tests, I can send some research. For example, boron supplements increase free testosterone by about 40% which is comparable to the detection threshold for microdosing. Hypoxia requires at least 10 hours a day, preferably 16 hours. But living at moderate altitude may reduce the time requirement of simulated high altitude. Alternatively, a city like El Alto, Bolivia could be a good location for living high and training with oxygen.

I stopped watching *ALL* televised sports over 15 years ago. Baseball was my first love, followed by tennis. As much as I admired their talents on the tennis courts, I *UTTERLY DESPISED* Ilie Nastase, Jimmy Connors, and John McEnroe for their bad conduct and deliberate poor sportsmanship which was designed to disrupt the other player's mental state of mind. In my opinion, that's cheating, pure and simple, and tells me that the person engaging in such behavior doesn't possess full confidence in their own abilities, but needs to cheat in order to win.
The incredibly sad fact is that cheating and poor sportsmanship are the rules now at *EVERY* level of American sports as opposed to the exception. Cheatng and bad conduct now permeate even *Pee Wee* sports leagues, with parents oftentimes being exponentially worse than their children. Illegal performance enhancing drug usage has now made its way into preteen age children's sports leagues.
The *ONLY* way that this can be stopped are permanent *life time bans* for *ANYONE* caught cheating. Regardless of their age, regardless of their sex, regardless of their status as amateur or professional. The more money involved in the particular sport, the more often *EVERY SINGLE ATHLETE AND COACH* involved in the sport should be tested. Test everyone every game if necessary, until the public purchasing tickets, who truly pay the salaries, can be assured that everyone is competing on a level playing field.
