Jabra pro 20's are total junk. Cant pair to app, left aid stops working for no reason. Multiple receivers replaced with a fee months. App is a total failure. Returning this week. Avoid
I was on the fence about the Jabra product. You just confirmed what I’ve been hearing from a few people. I’ve been looking at the Philips 9050, but unsure at this point. May I ask what you ending up getting to replace the Jabra product?
@krellman7 I can offer more info now that I demo'd both the Reach and the 9050. I didn't like either compared to the Jabra. The Jabra offers better, more crisp sounds so my comprehension was much better with the Jabra's. Much better! I was totally disappointed with the Reach and 9050. I have severe to profound loss and for my loss the Jabra's were way better at understanding speech. They suck everywhere else. BT connectivity is pretty bad with my android phone. The app sucks after every phone or app update. The reliability was crap as I needed 3 receivers within 4 months and the right aid stopped working right before I returned them at about 5 months. I have older Resound One's that work as well as the Jabra 20's (Resound One same as original Jabra Pro). They have been great except I still have app issues but not as bad as the 20's.
