Hello, my neice had joined an university in Berlin but due to visa problem she joined online classes. As per university norms for the last 3 months she has to be in Berlin to attend the classes.
Some one is suggesting to apply for tourist visa and join the classes there. Later apply for student visa.

Hi, thank you for the amazing video. I have a few questions though.
Background:
I am planning to bring my parents on tourist visa for 2 months. My accommodation is shared and small. I am not registered at the moment because I changed cities withinin Germany. Due to these reasons, I am not planning to invite them on visitor's visa. I am booking an AirBNB for them for a month in Germany and for the next month, we are gonna travel to France, Switzerland etc.
Questions:
1. Can they get multiple entry tourist schengen visa?
2. They are both working and gonna prove their finances, NOCs etc. Would they get visa for 2 months? Or is it not likely on a tourist visa?
3. Given that I do not have a registered address now, can I still write an invitation letter or should I just refrain from any involvement?
4. Should they speak about me in their interview?

I was wondering if I can still apply for Ausbildung after the age 25 without a HSC ? I had personal issues (went broke) I had to leave school at the 9th standard O level British Council.

2) How much money should I be having in my bank account for showing my financial proof?

Hi, thanks for the video. gives a nice overview. Some questions:
1. For inviting both parents, what should be the visa category chosen for the Obligation letter form?
2. What should be the visa category chosen on the VFS appointment....for inviting parents? ?
3. What should be the visa category chosen for visa application form ... for inviting parents?
The second checklist / Documents for visitor is for the parents in my case. So
#6. Proof of accommodation would be the rental agreement covering the 13 sqm space requirement in Germany. Is that enough? ...Short siteseeing trips to surrounding Schengen states will be prepared after they are Germany. So their hotel stay proof in those countries cannot be provided upfront. Does that have an impact?
#8. Finance Proof - would be bank account of parents - Is it OK to have joint account? what is expected funds in such a bank account?
#9 & 10 - Leave letter & NOC from company - both parents are retired and not working. Does this have an impact?

Rental agreement is enough. No need to mention for short visit if you are showing they will stay with you.
Joint account is ok. 1-2 Lakhs should be enough.
No need of NOC if already retired.

process. It is long process you cannot do on tourist visa.
To summarize, the marriage process in Germany goes as follows
Visit the town hall (Rathaus) to give the intention to marry (foreigners must have been living in the locality for at least 21 days);
Have your documents translated into German by a certified interpreter;
Submit documents to the registry office;
Organize the wedding ceremony to take place within the following six months;
Notify the registrar of the names of any witnesses you wish to attend at least eight days before the wedding

This video is not accurate. Please don't go by this video. Verpflictserklärung doesn't need your rental contract. All it needs is your salary slips of last 3 months, last 3 months bank statement, your resident permit card, your passport copy, copy of your parents passport copy and couple of forms that includes obligation declaration.

Also it differ city to city. Its was asked in our case although not written on official site .Its not a harm in showing additional document.
