Helpful! Yes, long term calling is a tedious task. However, if one sibling is in India and is trying for Germany or anywhere else, in that case your case becomes stronger (but nothing is guaranteed). The closed alternative would be to call them for durations (they will go back to India and then come back); in some cases, the German government might just allow them for 2-5 years (case to case).

There is a program for family reunification in Germany, but, again, the duration and permission varies from case to case. Yes Birth certificate is not required. Myself and my wife (parents) visited for 87 days in 2019. Again we are trying to visit Germany in the month of August 2022 but so far I did not get appointment slot from VFS.

I think depend on country where person coming from. Us citizen can live in Germany or any other EU country for 11 months and then they can apply for long tern residency if I am not making mistakes. But they have to pay tax in USA and living EU country too plus they need to buy healthcare coverage too and show enough bank balance.

So we decided to apply for their Tourist visa and in that case, they will show all their documents eg. bank statements and flight tickets but I am not sure if they also have to show hotel bookings? since I heard you say in the video that you called your parents on a tourist visa but the accommodation was yours so is it possible to give proof of my accommodation as the accommodation of my parents on a tourist visa without an invitation letter? To clear this further my salary and house area are eligible to invite 2 people but I am not getting an invitation letter appointment early, so how can they show that they will apply for a tourist visa but they will live with me could you please explain that if it will work and how?
Shilpa yes parents can visit here for 3 months and if they want can also extend for one more month if necessary. We are also living here for last 6 years and got the german passport. My husband is working with IT field.😊. We are not young like you. 🤪. Have 2 young childrens.
