My partner loves to cook. Shoulder injury means a power chair. All adding up to weight gain. I'll suggest the 8 hour eating window. Thanks.

Hi I love watching you two chatting and also on Baclofen for damaged/degenerative discs in my lower back (I’m tiny at 4ft 11” and three pregnancies and damaged from spinal injections and herniated disc in my Cervical neck spine replacement surgery) I just can’t get decent exercise in and when I put on then lost 3.5 stones OMG I completely agree that being heavier is so much harder to move and then creates more damage. I have a really bad appetite probably cos of the shed loads of meds I’m on a day but listening to all the tips from you two. Looking good guys!! Xx

My wheelchair evaluation person made the same exact comment about expecting to get bigger. I suppose that might be what happens to the majority of people that are in wheelchairs. But it’s a generalization that I don’t really appreciate.

Exactly!! They should definitely focus on educating people to stay healthy rather than sell them a wheelchair they can grow into
