Hi it's me again I also found that the pin would not come out using the paper clip method ,so I used a Stanley knife to cut through the rubber surrounding the pin and then used end snips /side cutters to cut through the pin and release it ! Cheers Eddie
I tried to do this tonight, pushing in the direction of the arrow. I used a push pin, safety pin, sewing pin, large and small sized paper clips, sim card remover, entomology pin. I tried grabbing it with pliers and pushing with all my might. I couldn't get the rod out. So, I gave up and just decided to wear it with the original strap. I figure the watch is so cheap that it's not worth buying whatever the tool is for that.
Great video, this was really easy! I tried with paperclip first but it didnt work, the paperclip was too thick. I took a needle instead and it worked like a charm.
Very helpful. Short, concise, up to the point
Excellent! The pins are stronger than spring bars and unidirectional.

Thanks! I'll give a try...I like my Casio, it's still perfect, just the strap gave up after 4 years of battles 😊

Yeah, me too, but, HIS CAME RIGHT OUT!
Helpful thanks, I can never remember which way the pin pushes out. (Or that it even is a pin that pushes out.😅) 👍😎
Thanks for your valuable information !
My pins are sooo tough to push. Is there a solution to this?
Same happened to me. I hammered the clip with the back of a butter knife. This small but concentrated forced was enough to drive out the pin.

Great video in theory. Practically I scratched my watch three times following the instructions. Pin still stuck, wont come out
Same thing was with me, put you just gotta put pressure and it will come out eventually. Good luck.
@@myrdraalus lol
mine is stucked
I was able to take a watch with a broken strap and one with a broken face and make one good one.
Both pins are stuck fast the pins look they might be telescopic
Thank you, made a fiddly task much more do-able.
Diolch.
Merci pour la video.
Good video! Thanks bro :)
Thank you, mine was stuck😅
Thanks!
Mine can't easily remove the pins even with pliers, still thinking what's the problem lol
Did you find a solution?
same, it's ridiculous such a simple watch doesn't have a standard pin like almost any other watch, it simply won't come off.
@@vitellonealvapore877 Maybe they want you to buy a new one, I've had at least 10 bands break over the years, on these cheap fuckers.
Stay strapped my dudes.
Thanks Macgyver..
Iv used a pin 📌
