I just received my Elvie Stride. I noticed on the Elvis site replacement parts aren't available. when will the replacement parts be available? The diaphragm valve doesn't look compatible with the original Elvie as well as the valve piece the valve kit that is on the site doesn't look compatible with the stride product. I completely understand that this a new product, but recommendations on keeping a good milk flow require you to replace equipment.
I placed my order October 11th on your website and it still says processing. I’ve reached out via email and on your website but haven’t heard anything back. Disappointing 😔
Hi, there are beta users already and i’ve read the review one of them posted. She mentioned twice there that it is very alike with the suction of spectra… omg!
The original Elvie automatically turns off when it’s plugged to an outlet. I think it’s for safety reasons. It’s not meant to be used while plugged into an outlet. You just need to put it to charge after every couple uses.
Has anyone found out where to get replacement parts at? Elvie doesn't sell them, nor the place I got my pump through and amazon is always sold out. There aren't any off brands I've found and I need new valves.
I am trying to decide between Elvie Stride and Baby Buddha. I need a pump that will not be weak and therefore affect my supply. I've read that Baby Buddha is hospital grade. Can you compare or recommend one versus the other please? Thank you.
It is made really well and has a wonderful seal when you put the two pieces together -you can move around - but with any pump I would not be laying down or doing anything crazy. I hope that helps! Thanks for the message.
I'm pregnant (and first time mom), so this is my first experience trying to decide on a pump. Would you recommend Elvie Pump or the new Elvie Stride? With the Stride - does it automatically switch from Let Down/Stimulation to Expression? If not, how do you know when to switch it? And one more thing... I've heard with Elvie Pump that if you lay down, it'll leak. Can you lay down with this pump?
With any pump you can’t lay down. I used the Elvie pump for 7 month! Life saver! Best pump! Because I use to use the medela freestyle but hated being attached to cords, it honestly made me feel depressed because I had to go in a room to pump. I highly recommend the elvie because it makes you free. You can pump anywhere.
@@kency222 Do you think you would consider this with the minimal cording and can hide under clothing? I just don’t know if I can spend the $500 vs $249 for this…
@@ellieblair283 if you have insurance or your husband then you can get some money off the Elvie. I haven’t tried this one yet. But if you’re not plugged to a wall I say go for it. I’m pregnant with my second baby so I might give this one a try as well. I thought it was expensive but worth it because I exclusively pumped for months because we had trouble latching my baby and gave up on breastfeeding. But pumping worked for me. Your story may be different so maybe the cheaper one is better for your needs. Hope that helps.
@@kency222 Thanks for your input!! My insurance is very specific with the DME vendor they’re allowing me to utilize and it doesn’t offer Elvie :( So I think I’m just going to get whatever free one from insurance to have a back-up and pay fully out of pocket for Elvie

Hi! Yes you can come in to pick up your order, looking like next week, closer to Thursday, but if you'd like to call our office and update your receiving option and get a more accurate estimate based on your order please give us a call at 1-866-255-6779
Yes, this can be used as a main pump, however, if you've never pumped before we recommend starting with the Spectra first. If you'd like to talk through your concerns and options with our trained representatives you can always give us a call at 866-255-6779
I ordered this through your website, I didn’t have a prescription but I have tricare. It said to put my doctors number but we don’t get our doctors direct number so I didn’t have it. I put the closest number I could find to my base doctor, I think it was one of the nurses. How does that work? Would I still be able to get the pump or will there be a long delay?
We will need to get an RX first before we dispense...but we work with a lot of doctor's for Tricare -ill take a look at your order, THANK you so much for using us! -Patty

I'm very excited to receive mine! :) Placed my order through your company and got an email today that my Elvie Stride should ship next week!
Are you getting the stride plus in soon? I’m hoping to get a bag with my pump.
This is really exciting technology! It’s about time pumping tech emerges from the Stone Age.
I totally agree!

Hi there. Can you use this with smaller then 21mm?
Can you use inserts? I’m smaller than what elvie offers.
Can you purchase this without insurance?
How does the pumping noise volume compare to the previous Elvie?
It is discreet for sure. not loud at all
Thanks for this ! So glad my insurance covered it so it was free & free shipping 💗
How long does the battery last
It’s will go for 2-3 hours of pumping time.
How would you compare it to the spectra 1?
Also can you used it plugged in if it dies and you need to pump?
Hi, there are beta users already and i’ve read the review one of them posted. She mentioned twice there that it is very alike with the suction of spectra… omg!
Thank you soooo much. This is much lighter and travel friendly so def a plus!!!!!

Will the elvie come out with pumping bags for this ?
Grateful to have TriCare
It’s a great benefit & we LOVE working w the Tricare families! Near and dear to my heart! ❤️💕
How accurate is the app measuring of milk collection? I heard the Elvie app can tell how much you’ve pumped. Is that accurate?
It does..but it has to as you cannot see the amount you’re pumping because of the way it is made..the collection containers are not clear.
How's the battery life?
It is good - I would say it is relative to how long your sessions are going - but it will last thru several sessions.

The Elvie Stride is supposed to be hospital grade as well:)
The Elvie Breast Pump is not completely covered by my insurance
elvie Stride has an upgrade fee of 99.99
worth paying 99.99
with my insurance?
Have you ever used a pump before? It depends on how much you are using a pump…the wearables are great, however never recommended as your primary pump.
Do they hold 5 oz per side?
yes, 5 oz per cup
I read the other Elvie pumps have major spill issues.. does this one spill easily if you’re moving around/bending a little?

it does not. It is a really nice pump..great technology.
