    BREAKDOWN
    CIRCUIT 1
    1) SEATED PRONATED ROW 2 X 00:45
    2) CRANK THE MOWER 2 X 00:45
    CIRCUIT 2
    3) BACK FLY 2 X 00:45
    4) SEATED REVERSE GRIP ROW 2 X 00:45
    *15-20 SECONDS TRANSITION TIME BETWEEN SETS, EXERCISES, & CIRCUITS
    *COMPLETE AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN THE TIME GIVEN FOR EACH SET OF EACH EXERCISE

    I hust wanted to say that I really appreciate your videos. I was a gym rat for a long time and decided to try something different. My first set of bands came in this week. I was doing my "homework" and I came across your channel. Your videos are easy to follow without the unnecessary chatter.

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    Really usefle workout video for beginners! Super easy understand how to use the resistant band, and how to move which parts of muscles,even if not English native speaker like me. Now I try 10min x3,every day. thank you soooo much!

    Excellent videos, I started using the bands two months ago after I came across your channel. I showed them trainers at the gym I go to and their response was oh hell yeah.
    They started to incorporate in their training sessions.

    Hello sir! I have been following for 2 years! Your videos good. I have one doubt! Can I do only standing back fly for back! Because most of the workout hitting same muscle so this variation should be easier for me. So can i do only this variation for back?

    Great it's without attaching. I am just starting out and tried attaching the band on the window then it suddenly slipped and almost hit my head 😂
