Excellent review. I love your videos. I've been working late recently. But I'm trying to catch up with alot of channels I love. Thanks brother. God bless you.....🎯👍
Excellent review as always. One of the down sides for me with the gun is the cost of an extra magazine. I don't know if they cost the same in the UK but here in the states they are 110$ USD! That sir is just ridiculous. No magazine for any airgun should ever cost more than 30-40$ period. This is my biggest issue with the manufacturer. I doubt most would disagree. They made the mag to be pared with another but that shouldn't justify the cost of it. Everything else about the gun is top notch guaranteed but that mag spare is of the chain.
Elemental Objects in the UK make a third party magazine and a single shot loader. The magazines are around half the price of the BRK ones. You could drop them a line and see if they have a dealer in the states. Won't let me leave a link, but a google search should find them.
When you get chance!, try the H+N barracuda 8 pellets, there brilliant in my guns (brocock comander ,agt vixen, and airmaks katran),one of the best pellets ive ever used👍
Great video, I fitted a eagle vision air stripper to my maverick 177 . Before fitting to maverick could hit a pea size target at 25 yards with a weihrauch silencer. I'm assuming this is down to clipping. I have now put the 22 end cap on hoping this will solve the problem. Did you have the same issue? I'm also thinking about buying the ghost + is it worth the investment?
Thanks for the comment. I don’t notice any clipping issues with the one I have; so I think using a .22 end with .177 should sort it. If there’s clipping after that somethings wrong.. Ghost + is great; everyone I know who has one says the same…
Enjoyed your review, have got the carbine version coming, Can you please send me a link to the bipod you are using.Have searched on line and cannot find it. will much appreciate.
some how i feel a few prs bits will make it on to that rifle 😂😂😂 certainly performs well out the box . have to say i am thinking about that muzzle break for my 510 tactical 👌
I am returning to PCP air rifles after 10 years and would really appreciate your recommendation between the Air Arms S510 Tactical or the BRK Ghost as it is between these two??
They’re both great rifles. Both accurate. Both look good tactically. I’d say if you want better shot count go for the Ghost as you’d get more than the circa 120 shots you’d get from the cylinder on the S510t
Vulcan 3 (700) or this? Which would you recommend. Loving the looks, compactness and specs on this Ghost but wondering if it's worth the extra €750 over the Vulcan 3... (and I'm referring to the .22 FAC versions of both). Cheers and great review..
It’s an overbore bipod which you mount on the top rail. When you fold the legs back against the back block, you have the slightly open the cocking lever to get the leg on the right side of the rifle to be able to come up to its resting position, and then you close the cocking lever.
Ive just picked one of these up too. Could you tell me which Picattiny riser you're using for the bottom rail where a bipod would fit? Tried fitting an Atlas copy direct to the rail and it fouls the bottle. Maybe see you at Atherton as my missus and myself have started going there.
Your reviews are very enjoyable and entertaining I am thinking of adding one of these to my collection not sure if to get the model you have or the plus size one. Any thoughts?
Thanks for the comment. The one I have is the Plus (480 cc bottle & 731 mm in length), there is the smaller version with both smaller bottle ( I think it’s around 300 cc in size) and barrel (655mm in length). The High Power version I believe has the same bottle as the Plus but a larger barrel (855 mm in length). Your choice of Ghost depends on where you are in the world and what you want it for. I’d suggest the Plus is a good go-to for target and hunting. Not too big, not too small. If you want smaller at shot count compromise then go Carbine.
@zubysan yep it go past hundred yards.....its a great set up withe the pard nite scope..the ballistic stuff is brilliant. U just shoot we're the ballistic x shows..takes a bit of twicking..Best sight. Rifle hav got...in pitch black...
Can’t help but think these are a blatant copy of the Mk1 Impact - visually it’s virtually a copy- which is pity that Daystate didn’t do “their own thing” I believe they had to alter the initial design due to patent infringements.
The shout outs are super short mate and it’s only polite to shout out to people that in some way have helped me get stuff to lead to the video being made.

Vulcan 3. The plenum size on the ghost is very small.
Does the moderator make it very quiet enjoyed the video 👍
How did u get your bipod to go over the gun mate
It’s an overbore bipod which you mount on the top rail. When you fold the legs back against the back block, you have the slightly open the cocking lever to get the leg on the right side of the rifle to be able to come up to its resting position, and then you close the cocking lever.

Sorry I can’t tell you which one because it came with the rifle when I brought it. Maybe see you at Atherton; what rifles do you and your Mrs shoot?

@@zubysanthanks the plus it is then 👍
The plenum is really small compared to the Vulcan 3 or even the Impact.
Hi mate great video. When are you going to do a part 3 using JSB hades.
Hi Stephen. Thanks for the comment. I’ll see about making one in the future when I pick up some Hades in .177; I have loads in .22 which is typical!
@@zubysan hi mate I have the ghost plus in 2:2 and it loves hades. Same as you I went for the plus with more shoots per fill.
With this rifle..with a pard ds35 am hitting tennis balls at nite 7/10at 97 yards. Great rifle.. not pell fuaaay at all in.22
I'm pleased to hear its not pellet fussy but bteer still its going out to 97 yards! Please let me know if you push past 100 yards :)
@zubysan yep it go past hundred yards.....its a great set up withe the pard nite scope..the ballistic stuff is brilliant. U just shoot we're the ballistic x shows..takes a bit of twicking..Best sight. Rifle hav got...in pitch black...
What is the bipod your using ?
Airforce One Bipod for a Steyr Pro X
Would like to here more about that bipod ?
Sounds like there’s a story there Jack. What’s the deal?
@@zubysan just interested in getting one for my delta wolf is it any good ?
Pathfinder next??
Pathfinder???
hi mate is the plus sub 12 ?
Hi. You can get both the Plus and Compact in Sub 12, and this one is the Sub 12 Plus.
Nice 👍😉
Thanks for the comment :)
Are you getting a lot of muzzle flip from your 50 cal ghost?
They don’t make a 50 cal. .177, .22, .25, .30 are the choices.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂don't think he got that one lol
The plenum is really small.
😎😎😎😎
Thanks Marky Boy ;)
You do know brocock and daystate are the same company right?
Yes I do.

Come on man we don’t want to hear shout outs your just wasting our time get to talking about the rifle already.
The shout outs are super short mate and it’s only polite to shout out to people that in some way have helped me get stuff to lead to the video being made.
