Sir juse n pikar . Dry fruits jaise kaju Badam pista Anjir aur apple dalkar milk shake banakar pia sakate hai .kyuki usme fiber to hoga hi.juse me nikal jata hai. Sugar pesent ke liye isme aur kya add Kiya ja sakta hai. Pls Reply.

Summary: Do not take 1 Fruit Juice 2 packaged foods like biscuits, cookies 3 Dry fruit like raisin 4 Cornflakes and muesli 5 Fruit flavoured yogurt 6 White bread and all other breads 7 All sweetened drinks such as soft drinks and also icecream

सर, आपने fruits कौंसे नहीं खाने चाहिये ये नहीं बताया। वो pl बता दिजीए।
Video conclusion...(1)Replace fruit juice with smoothie (2) avoid packaged food like biscuits etc (3) Avoid Dried fruit means eat fresh fruit like...eat apple with peanut butter or any protein(4) avoid eating musseli, corn flakes (5) avoid fruit flavoured curd or dahi ...so eat plain curd(6) Avoid white bread...infact avoid brown bread or multigrain bread too...(7) Avoid sweetened drink like flavoured milkshake, coca cola, ice tea etc...

मैदा and refined palm oil and refining of oils should be banned.
Government can't do that as it gives them high income they don't care of the health of people other countries maida is ban
