    Main ek chronic pancreatic surgery patient hun.meri surgery ko 2.5 month complete ho gayi he. Me abhi insulin le rahi hun. Morning main 4.lunch main 8.meri weight 10 kg loss hui he.60% pancreas damage ho gayi hai.mere liye diet suggest kijiye.aur weight gain kese hogi

    ❤Eat Row Food 🥑🥝 more before 12pm morning.
    ❤Eat more seasonal fruits
    ❤Eat non Refined oil
    ❤Avoid Roti, Chapati, All Milk products, and Outdoor Fastfood.
    ❤Walk 4km Daily, 2 minutes Running OR 1hr Cycling.
    ❤ evening dinner before 7:30pm.
    ❤ Sleeping at before 10:30pm.
    ❤ Early morning 6pm before
    ❤Weekly Planning to go Garden, Travel to hill station, anything outdoors activities.

    I have a diabetes almost 10 years i have not control my diabetes it almost are 250 to 350. But when i following LDCF diet i have 105 to 130 for these reason thank you so much sir😇. And sir my question is how can I get sugar level under 90.

    Mango, banana and other fruits helpful in diabet control. Only seasonal fruit before 12.00 pm

      Not true, we have seen enough patients who follow this and end up with extremely high blood sugar.
      Kindly don’t follow such strategies in diabetes. Don’t eat high carb fruits.

      ​​​​​​@@longlivelivesou are absolutely wrong. I consume large quantities of mangoes, pomegranate and other sweet fruits as per season but my sugar always remain static with no flare. Twice I checked it. Took fasting sugar test at 7.30 AM with reading 107. Then ate 1 big sweet mango at 8.00AM. Tested again at 10AM but reading showed 105. That means the big mango played no role in my case at all. Next day a similar result obtained. This verified Dr Padmakar Kumar's finding that fruits containing fructose does not in any way raise sugar level. Rather , fruits having fructose reduces sugar level.

    My mother is diabetic since last 16 years, she consume all fruits which are seasonal. But I am used to give her charak poshak triphala 1:2:4. The problem with allopathy, is they don't know any thing about nature of food. Vat pit &cough.
    I'm being allopathic doctor, but medical doctors don't know, those diabetic patients have higher vat dosha. Then certainly some food & fruits should not be given to them.
