Kidney Stuffing Plate Grinding With #8

Hi all!
In this video I wanted to test and see if my small #8 meat grinder can handle kidney stuffing plate and see if it's going to cut the meat into small chunks.
It actually worked and took me by surprise just how good it was!
No more hand chopping for an hour into tinny pieces, see for yourself!

Cool. Was trying to work out which would be more appropriate, my 3 hole kidney cutting plate or 10 hole triangular one for 2 passes making boerewors. You demonstrated the result perfectly, thanks!
