How do you start two strand twists? I got so many questions.
How do you keep it moisturized? (Ik putting things in your scalp to keep it moisturized, then theres leave-in conditioner you can just keep in)
How to sleep? (I know about headwraps and bonnets)
What to put in when you wake up?
How long to keep them in and re-twist?
What about washing my hair? Do I keep them in?
I made videos about all this lol. Check ‘em out 🔒
What’s answer to those questions ^?
So how do you make the locs tiny if you use this method?
when u retwist it over after 6 months to fully loc up ..it will stretch

So when I get my two strand twist hard twisted I should put a rubber band on the root so it won’t come out? Right now I’m using locking gel but only 3weeks in to my twist
What’s the maintenance for two strand twists, how often can I wash my hair?
you wash it once a month until you hit the 3 month mark.
@@devoywilliams3956 won’t it just smell tho and have dandruff
@@Ljthemvp let me rephrase that wash at 4 weeks mark then every two weeks after that. Use a tea tree oil blend everyweek on scalp, rose water everyday on locs. It won't smell.
@@devoywilliams3956 i don’t really know anything about locks im just thinking about starting with two strands
@@Ljthemvp go for it I like two strand starters are the best.

Just leave them alone and wash weekly

Can u lock it faster with crocheting hook the 2strand

I started my dreads like a month ago taking a while to lock . But what i do about all the fizz . Do i just leave it alone ?
Ya dreads gon take longer than a month to lock, and u can’t do nun bout the frizz, the frizz is all apart of the locking process
