2) if ur urine is concentrated, do u dilute it with distilled water or tap water as I cant but a distilled water system.

So I came across this video after countless hours of research on how to cure my IBS because of how painful it is... I also became gluten intolerant and developed celiac disease and cholecystitis... I need to know if this will actually help me and cure my illnesses. I am desperate to try anything at this point. Please let me know if I should go for it.

yes put some under your tongue and hold it 10 minutes at least. I have practiced urine therapy for over 6 years and obviously use it if i get indigestion, it is the most disgusting urine then highly acidic so is very strong but it will not hurt you tho it may feel uncomfortable at first.
anita v what is the purpose of holding it under your tongue can you just drink it?
@@blindandlearning9379 Yes but under the tongue gives the body the information without adding extra liquid which can make indigestion worse, under the tongue for that works best for me try on yourself to see which works for you. The rest of the time I drink daily most times I go.
