- In this video I install a set of Seat Jackers on my 2019 GMC Canyon. This raises the front of the seats to provide a more comfortable driving position. The seat jackers fit any 2015-2022 Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon. Fits manual or power seats. And fits driver side and passenger side seats.

I also installed the Desert Does it - MMP (Multi Mount Panel) that utilizes brackets on the factory seat rails. The MMP allows you to securely attach accessories under the seat to the bracket.

Just installed these on my 2018 Colorado Z71. Very helpful for me, too. Easy install. While the seat was loose, I was able to thoroughly clean out from under the driver's seat. Truck is looking good now!
Just installed them in my 2017 Z71 Colorado. The video was very helpful. Thank you. Best regards from Baja 🇲🇽
Two great additions that I need to get. Great as always, take care brother 👍
Thanks for watching and commenting as always. I've driven around with these installed now for a few weeks. I think it adds a nice subtle extra bit of comfort to the seat.
Great video and you are always costing me more money! Super great ideas!
Hahah. Thanks for watching as always!
Hey Fondupot, put these in my rig, and found it is easier to place the jackers in the floor, then slide the seat into them. No need for tape...
Smart! Thanks for commenting!
Nice! Will check out Desert stuff including the seatjackers. I don't think I had an issue for seat height but will pay attention more when I'm driving today.
I always wanted just a little bit of extra height, this satisfies it perfectly for me. Thanks for watching.
Yea man another great video. I must say I’m in my second, second gen Colorado, the first one an Ext Cab we outgrew, now a Crew Cab. With that said even the seat in the Z71 Ext Cab had the same power controls and movement limits as in my WT, with the driver connivence package. That doesn’t actually RAISE the entire seat, but just the REAR, so it sort of pivots at the front of the seat and raises the rear. So you’ll either be lifted up with a flat level seat bottom, or lowered down into a hole type of feeling. I can see where folks that are 5’5” and under or less would like the front raised. I’m 6’ even and like the seat as low as possible, but that leave my knees to low. That piece would raise the front just about right. As for the other item for mounting things, are the magnets that come with it, strong enough to hold a pistol or flashlight?
Thanks for watching. The magnets are strong but idk if they can hold a pistol. Maybe a small flashlight.
I had a issue with the rear of seats being to low. Used round bushings to raise @1.75 inch. much better.
Not a bad idea.
Was just checking out their products. Cool way for some better cabin organization. Let us know if mounting a fire extinguisher under the driver's seat works out.
Are you familiar with the seats on 16 slt I hate them there high in front and slat back. Your year looks better did they change them.
I do recall reading that the earlier seats were more uncomfortable. Not sure what they changed.
