- This was the first song I tackled when I started working on the second book of arrangements for solo guitar. At that time I was hoping to do a whole book of “easier to play” arrangements, and this one was designed to be more approachable that way. My plans had to be abandoned as I continued work on the book, but I’m grateful that this one is a bit easier to get my hands on than some of the others. It’s admittedly “Disney,” but from an era where there was a lot of quality in the songwriting... I still quite like it.
(My apologies for the less than perfect syncing of the audio and video on this clip. My lovely digital audio and video recording apps must have lost track of some ones and zeros somewhere along the way...)

Chord melody masterpiece I learned Chets version took about 3 years to make my hands do it
sympathetic harmonics and all but this version is so chord strong and the older I get the hungrier I get for morsels like this. ill be watching this a 1000 times tonight.
It sounds like a harp out of heaven. Ever since Disney played this tune in the 60's, it has held a speacial place in my heart. TY John
