    INGREDIENTS:
    - 150g rice
    - 7g instant dry yeast
    - 1tbsp sugar
    - 100ml warm milk
    - 450-500g flour
    - 1tsp salt
    - 1tbsp cooking oil
    NOTES:
    - I used bread flour, but you can use all-purpose flour.
    - leave the dough in a warm, draft-free place to rise.
    - the recipe calls for about 450 grams of flour, but if the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
    - bake at 180 °C or 356 °F for about 50 minutes.
    - the capacity of my baking mold is 1 liter.
