Unless you're married you cannot have sexual relations! That's all you need to know. Yes confess your sins to one another!
So He drove out Adam; and He placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim, and the flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way to the tree of life. - Genesis 3: 24
That flaming sword is in ur blood [red/white blood cells], container of the fire, circulating, turning every way. This is why the Cherubim that are in front of the doors of Eden are with a flaming sword.
When u are in the sexual act, the 'sword' in ur blood, starts turning every way, going like this into ur sex. And it is out of God's mercy that the Cherubim is there to keep the way to the tree of life; for Eden is the bliss•full happiness of God, without sexual egotism.
So the first ordeal u have to pass is the ordeal of the threshold, the Guardian of the Threshold which represents all of ur ancestral/personal weaknesses; if u defeat the Guardian u go ahead. Of course, the route of that Guardian of the Threshold is lust. Therefor, ur Defeat in lust is Total Systemic defeat, and ur Triumph over lust is total Systemic triumph.
