Actually a very good tutorial 👍, qiuck and simple. I really hope that in future videos you explain what all the button we use do like in this one. Because many times they just tell you to use this button with these all settings. Liked the water splash😊
Hello~I got a problem while learning this. May I ask why I got no preview after I bake data ,I just can’t see the blue thing at 3:46 . Thank you so much I love ur content ❤
Hey man, great work. I'm trying to make the same with a can, but I don't know why my can doesn't work with the effector mode, the liquid transfer the can. If you know how to fix this problem, help me. I will appreciate it.
Hello! Could ou please explain how your liquid spheres and shapes are so small? For me for some reason the spheres are all same big size and I'm unsure how to fix it.
If you're trying to have the water splash on another mesh just like in the video, I believe the problem is the size of your mesh. Just scale it up so that it's bigger than the particles because as far as I know, you can't change the size of the particles.
Hey, Thank’s for this tutorial. I have a question could we make an effect like the scene is freezing and the camera continues to move or a big slow motion ? (With liquid I mean)
Yes, you can! I explain it in 2:42 . In the time scale, you can increase or decrease values and add keyframes at a specific frame where you want the fluid to have a slow motion or freezing effect.
Great tutorial! However, in my scene the water is not transparent although I set the transmission weight of ther water material to 1.000 - any idea anyone?
When I scale down the domain to match the size of my model but big enough to contain the simulation, which is one meter tall, the liquid looks like balls. I read that when you scale things to large it very long to render. So I scale every thing down. Help need with this issue.
Hi , I have a question, I can seem to get the water mesh to look like water . the mesh is very thick in the simulation and when did you add textures to the water my mesh or water is the default mesh color of gray
After watching the tutorial and following the same settings, the water simulation isn't appearing after the bake. Any ideas why this might be happening?
I don't understand why the water comes out the other way for me. I do the same as the tutorial, I put -15 on the Y axis and the water goes backwards 😅 thanks:)
@maryiambazzi8540 bake is only available if it's calculating the simulation. By default the setting is trying to display in real time. I'm not in front of my computer right now. Take a look at the manual. I think that's how I figured it out.
I love this. Just straight to the point
Thank you!
tried this myself and it came out looking beautiful, thanks alot
Most welcome 😊
Awesome tutorial it worked perfectly for my project, thanks.

Oh I found it I’m stupid , for anyone who got the same problem ,make sure to put your plane inside the domain.
It's great to hear you've solved that problem. Thank you!

what to do if blue dots from Settings do not match with mesh?
😢Someone help me.. 2:58. I activated mesh but nothing happens

Great tutorial! However, in my scene the water is not transparent although I set the transmission weight of ther water material to 1.000 - any idea anyone?
Just use cycles render engine and make sure metallic and roughness is set to 0 and IOR to 1.333
@@sostcgtech Thank you so much, also for your fast reply! I'm such an idiot - of course, I have to use cycles!! Now it is transparent! Thanks again!

Guys!
The initial speed depends on the direction you want to spray/splash. Don't rely on a red or blue wall
Which software did you use to display keystrokes on screen ?
it is inbuilt in blender
@abdullahthenextlevel5783 name ?
My laptop's ASUS VivoBook gonna *explode* with this one 😅
🙂 You can try it! But you should use small resolution.
@@sostcgtech How to, i tried with Cycle but it took me 20+ something minutes

Hi , I have a question, I can seem to get the water mesh to look like water . the mesh is very thick in the simulation and when did you add textures to the water my mesh or water is the default mesh color of gray
Maybe increase can and inflow size
So the can needs to be like 1 meter tall? Seems like an important piece of information to leave out!
Nothings happens after I baked it ?
i did everything but when i activate mesh the plane doesnt get that blue stuff ? any suggestions
Just go into object properties, in the viewport display change Display As Solid.
To go into object properties I have show it in the video at 4:18
Hi, I did the tutorial and the particles are big like little balls and even though I did the bake mesh, it looks the same.
Can you help?
After watching the tutorial and following the same settings, the water simulation isn't appearing after the bake. Any ideas why this might be happening?
Bro after baking the mesh as you said it not turning into mesh . It still remains as points. I will appreciate if someone help.
the same is hapenning with me
The water simulation have some black particulars chose how to fix it
I try by adding light and increase the max samples but this didn't fix it
Plz make a video on wiming pool in which a water comes from a pipe .plz
Help please, I did everything but the water is splashing to the side instead of towards the can.
I don't understand why the water comes out the other way for me. I do the same as the tutorial, I put -15 on the Y axis and the water goes backwards 😅 thanks:)
Then put 15 on the Y axis
yeah your orientation is probably different what's Y for him is probably X or Z for you .
can you tell me what specs have your computer ?
Yes, I have core i5 9th generation, 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM and GTX 1050
for me there is no animation is there can you please help
ig it fixed itself bt thank you soo much for a great and on topic tutorial.
I have a question.. I made water splash, but the water particle was so big and water was so blunt. How do I solve this problem?
same but mines are so small ahhah i dont know how to change the size
tried this one, was beautiful but dropped my 7 year old gaming laptop down to 1 FPS! 10/10 would explode my pc again
When i enable mesh it doesn't work
Thanos, "All that for a drop of blood"
What version of Blender is this? I am using 4.2 LTS and I am not seeing the Bake button.
make sure you have the container selected or Domain
@@msg360 I finally figured it out. The bake button only displays when other buttons are selected.
