1 cup of pinto beans is a whopping 15 grams of fiber! I like making bean burritos or a bean salad with red onion, garlic, olive oil, cucumbers, add anything, it's ao good.

I just saw a really good bean burger recipe from Kevin Lee Jacob's the other day
I recently had to start eating more fiber due to health issues. I also need to be gluten free so most whole grains are out. Garbanzo bean pasta has way more fiber than regular pasta and as a bonus it is gluten free. I will add beans to pasta dishes to really boost the fiber. I also add psyllium to my morning protein shake. Thanks for the video, the timing is perfect for me.

I found oats online qi’a cinnamon and pumpkin seed flavor packets. Hot is the best but over night is yum. With blueberries or blackberries but protein powder. Especially if you blend the mixture. Creamy.

I do love to snack on fruit, mostly bananas, cherries, Berries, Oranges, and apples. I need to eat more veggies and I typically dip them in hummus or tzatziki dip. I enjoy making chia seed pudding. Do you have a favorite recipe???
Why not flax sees or hemp seeds? I'm like you I need more fiber
