    Watched the entire video. This is big motivation for me as I’m going through a severe bicep tendon rupture. I’ve been fighting with this injury for about a year now. I can’t wait to get back to bodybuilding. But for now I can only watch and learn 💪💪

    Im 3 months into my strength training journey, and I hate the idea of calorie counting. I've dialled in my meals and started picking foods based on protein, fibre, and fats, and I leave carbs lower down on the priority list like yourself. Carbs cause me a lot of bloating, and I haven't missed them since cutting them down.
    I have also started picking out foods like the ones you recommend, like Greek yoghurt and adding chia seeds and other fruits, nuts, and berries to fulfil other dietary requirements. Trying to vary the diet and get a good mixture of healthy foods has been quite a challenge while trying to maintain an intake of 150-200g of protein a day but supplementing with a protein shake or 2 a day has been working wonders, or if not a shake I'll add some whey protein to my yoghurt instead.
    I appreciate all the tips you're giving out Ross, absolute gold mate 👌

      it's a good idea to weigh your meals at least for a while until you get an idea of what effect it has on you

    Love what you have said..."Fitness and eating healthy is lerarning process...what works for me might not work for you"...these days everything is unified and each one of us is unique and diffenrent, with its own habits, preferences, physical possibilities, etc. 👏💪

    How long do u reheat your rice and chicken/ beef in the microwave- I get paranoid of reheating meat ? And the advice would be great as I’d like to prep in one go my daily meals but I don’t due to un sure of how long to reheat.

      I just reheat till it's hot. Never had a problem. Think they say it's OK to reheat 1x is safe as far as food handling

    love your videos bro always wanted to know how many meals u eat and what to eat. looks like almost same as what i eat but only eat 3 meals mite have start including another meal in as im bulking now and want stay lean. also noticed with good thing i dont get bloated on almost same foods u have but love the video defo given me some more ideas much love brother keep it up 👍❤️💪💪

    Hey mate I’m a 41 year old man I’m pretty late to the game… I’m working out a lot, my job is very active so I’m burning a lot of calories, when I eat I’m getting full very quickly, just wondered if you any tips on how to get more calories in, I have been training a year or so now, not really gaining just more toning up..

    At 200lbs my maintenance calories are half of that. When I'm trying to cook while hungry I just chug half a 1 litre container of egg whites.
