Watched the entire video. This is big motivation for me as I’m going through a severe bicep tendon rupture. I’ve been fighting with this injury for about a year now. I can’t wait to get back to bodybuilding. But for now I can only watch and learn 💪💪
Im 3 months into my strength training journey, and I hate the idea of calorie counting. I've dialled in my meals and started picking foods based on protein, fibre, and fats, and I leave carbs lower down on the priority list like yourself. Carbs cause me a lot of bloating, and I haven't missed them since cutting them down. I have also started picking out foods like the ones you recommend, like Greek yoghurt and adding chia seeds and other fruits, nuts, and berries to fulfil other dietary requirements. Trying to vary the diet and get a good mixture of healthy foods has been quite a challenge while trying to maintain an intake of 150-200g of protein a day but supplementing with a protein shake or 2 a day has been working wonders, or if not a shake I'll add some whey protein to my yoghurt instead. I appreciate all the tips you're giving out Ross, absolute gold mate 👌
Love what you have said..."Fitness and eating healthy is lerarning process...what works for me might not work for you"...these days everything is unified and each one of us is unique and diffenrent, with its own habits, preferences, physical possibilities, etc. 👏💪
Nice video, what do you think about the combination of making gains and intermittent fasting and than, is it wise to take your creatine in the morning like I do now or beter an other time of the day 💪🏻
How long do u reheat your rice and chicken/ beef in the microwave- I get paranoid of reheating meat ? And the advice would be great as I’d like to prep in one go my daily meals but I don’t due to un sure of how long to reheat.

Hey mate I’m a 41 year old man I’m pretty late to the game… I’m working out a lot, my job is very active so I’m burning a lot of calories, when I eat I’m getting full very quickly, just wondered if you any tips on how to get more calories in, I have been training a year or so now, not really gaining just more toning up..

When your 70 your going to have to slim up and eat less anyway I rather do that now and stay ripped all day everyday all year round and I dont have sacrifice my ego either

I just reheat till it's hot. Never had a problem. Think they say it's OK to reheat 1x is safe as far as food handling

At 200lbs my maintenance calories are half of that. When I'm trying to cook while hungry I just chug half a 1 litre container of egg whites.

4000kcal seems a bit less for a big guy. I was having 3000kcal just to maintain my weight at 66kg and I workout 30 mins a day
