His diet videos really helped me stick to my Keto/Carnivore through the adaptation phase. I can say it took me 8-10 weeks, but since then I can confidently say that Keto adaptation is almost a superpower compared to lean protein high carb diet and I don't even miss carb foods now.
Let people believe that you need carbs to replenish glycogen and all that BS they can't test for themselves.

This video reminds me of the time when I was learning how to cook. I had just bought the diet plan (created it from nextleveldiet iirc) at the age of 22 and started preparing my own meals from the food I got in the plan. I was so motivated back then. I broke my barriers when it comes to amount of food I can eat in a day, resulting in noticeable gains for a newbie. I recommend everyone to take care of their diet first, the rest will come naturally...

People are stupid, it doesn’t take very long when researching traditional indigenous diets to realise that both the Inuit (Eskimo’s) & the Maasai (Kenyan bushmen) both eat a carnivore diet, and both groups of people have survived & thrived for thousands of years. As far as I’m aware there hasn’t ever been a group of people who survived solely from plant foods, as it’s impossible in nature. The vitamin deficiencies & lack of brain & cell building nutrients like saturated fat & cholesterol is far too pronounced on a plant based diet.

Chicken nuggets, cake, burgers, etc til recently that I’ve massively cleaned up my diet and have a lot of more veggies and fruits. I only allow ~300 calories of “junk” per day. I realized there are so many possibilities that exist when it comes to a healthy and tasty diet, and now I refuse to eat the plain old boring bodybuilding diets. Fun fact for everyone who prioritizes protein over carbohydrates. Carbohydrates according to the Myplate organization Carbohydrates should be majority of your kcals in a day. This is because carbs are your primary source of energy for bodily functions. Secondly, your body does not like to use protein as a fuel source and only will in extreme cases of starvation. Extreme high protein intakes can cause kidney stones and your body will excrete any unnecessary compounds. So double scooping pre workout is a really stupid idea. Lastly, eating protein after you workout is more beneficial than prior. This is because your muscle have become degraded and protein helps the muscle repair. :) have a good lift

As a fellow carnivore, you’re not eating enough red meat or beef. 5 oz a day is VERY minimal. IMO, 1.5 lbs is the minimum you should eat. I noticed you’ve mentioned your sleep has been giving you issues - Try increasing your red meat intake; perhaps 2-3lbs per day. Reason why: you need to increase your tryptophan intake to help with your sleep. Plus the many other benefits. Myself, I eat 3lbs on regular days, 6lbs on refeed days. But, you’re a very lean guy, so you really have nothing to lose by adding more beef & taking out fish, or just overall increasing red meat consumption.
