So i would suggest not to eat the tuna because of heavy metals like mercury. Also meat should be grass fed health before anything else.

Baking 5 sweet potatoes for the week now as I watch your video. I cannot do rice, it jacks my blood sugar up more than anything else. I eat a lot of cheese, cottage cheese, Ratio Protein Yogurt. I am working on eating more protein, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, pistachios, pecans. I like meat, but I hate cooking it more than once daily.

It is so strange that your eggs are on the shelves and not in the cold shelves instead, but here in America we all getting poisoned with the crap in our food. I wish we had the same thing as you guys have in the UK
They say refrigerate eggs after you buy them for freshness but in the stores they are just on shelves I also agree we have been positioned over the years .. I always try to buy meat from butchers eggs from local farms but as little from supermarkets as possible 90 % is processed and frozen crap
Good food can be had in the US as well. Shop at the butcher's shop, farmer's market, fish market, and buy organic from the stores. We are not forced to eat processed crap. It's by choice most of the time.
@@chrisbuildelectrics4755 In Denmark, Eggs must be on Refrigerated shelves in the stores. So it is also weird to me to have them stored on warm shelves in other countries :p
