      @@Nitin0477 ye exercises sach me bahaut achhi hain.....initially to mujhe bahaut faayda hua kyoki mai regular thi....par jab pain problematic nhi rha to mai bhi thodi casual ho gyi....but still jab time milta hai inme se koi bhi do teen exercises kar leti hoon..... zarur try kariye....wakai me good result milega.....
