    I have L5S1 Disc Bulge from last six months All the Doctors including Dr Khaleq uz zaman at Ali medical complex
    (No1Neuro surgeon in Pakistan)
    Advice me Surgery but I prefer your Exercise Heat pad Daily 1Hour and Eat Ginger alot.
    Alhamdullilah Now I am 90Percent Recover from that stressful Disease.

    Hi doctor sahib I m tahir from Pakistan I really very thankful to u. Ur videos very helpfolul for me and now fully recover from L4 L5 S1 disc slip problem . These problem shower me in my mri because very swear crodi pain feel in my left lower back I vizit to doctor hospital lahore to nerologist dr aamir ikraam who suggest me for mri and blood test esr hb rbc etc that was normal and mri conclusion is At L4/L5 mild retrolisthesis of L4 overL5. Deffuse uncovering of the disc and facet joint osteoarthrosis causing moderate centrolateral stenosis. Sir please suggest me what I to do.Ur exercises I do that much give me much relief.     Dr Varunji, I am 54 years old & diabetic l am badly suffering from L4/L5 Disc bulge. Since June I am taking medicines of pain relief, & calcium. Did physiotherapy for 1½ months, swd, ift, & tens all were for 15 days. I wear LS belt, also do exercises as advised by orthopedic Drs.Till date I have no relief from my severe pain. My 3rd ortho surgeon dr suggested injection for root nerve block..

    Sir, me aapko 6 months se follow kr rhi hu. Aapki btai hui exercises bhi kr rhi hu. Muze back, knee, and elbow me bhot pain rahta h.report normal h. Aapse sbhi instruments bhi mangvaye h . Lekin muze fayda nahi ho raha. Me samz nhi pa rhi. Is pain se me bhot depressed hu. Please, guide me.

    L5-S1: Asymmetrical diffuse disc bulge noted involving L5-S1 vertebral level indenting anterior thecal sac causing mild spinal canal narrowing and right foraminal stenosis impinging exiting and traversing nerve roots on the right.
    L4-L5: Mild disc bulge noted involving L4-L5 vertebral level indenting anterior thecal sac causing mild spinal canal narrowing and biforaminal stenosis impinging exiting and traversing nerve roots at this level.
    L3-L4: Mild disc bulge noted involving L3-L4 vertebral level indenting anterior thecal sac.

    I have seen all your videos but cant find content about exercise or solution if someone have chronic pain due to disc herniation for more then 1 year, as you said in one video many people find out years or months later that their pain was due to herniated disc & now the acute stage is gone & chances of slipped disc reverting back are gone, so what is the solution other then temporary pain killer medicines or surgery? Chronic Pain due to disc herniation will stay forever? Thanks will appreciate the answer

      When patient have no symptoms as he was observing during the problem. No pain during daily activities from one month. It means he or she can start these exercises
