This video is a review of the Novaa Lab Near-Infrared and Red Light therapy device. The pad I purchased was for back pain, but I use it all over my body. I have found it useful in partially healing nerve damage and pain relief for muscle aches and sprains. I find the sessions to also be very relaxing which adds to the pain relief component.
