Dr. Janine shares red light therapy facts your doctor didn’t tell you. She explains that the sun emits red light between 600 and 850 nanometers. Red light can penetrate the skin up to about 10 millimeters, which is great for muscle and bone healing. Dr. Janine explains that red light can also increase the number of mitochondria in the cells and boost their function within the cell, important for energy levels and longevity. So get outside and get that natural sunlight exposure, especially as the sun is setting.

If you'd look at contents of sun blocking creams you'd realise that they are the ones actually causing cancer. In heat your skin opens up and absorbs those petroleum derived ingredients like a sponge. Try rubbing yourself daily in engine oil, see how long it would take before you ☠️.
