Last time i talked to SDI was only one month ago using your tips. Now, today, no matter which tip I try it wants me to enter a “verification code” which they give you. If i try to bypass this, it says i need to enter the verification code. Anyone running into this?

@@californiaunemployment3194 - thank you. I tried all day. I put the verificcation code in and then tried, but kept getting the "too many people " comment
@@californiaunemployment3194 i recently tried the new way. Entering the code and then, 240. After the 26th try i was put on the call back list. I also tried entering 1, 300 after entering the code, but it kept disconnecting me.. i must say every SDI person i have ever talked to has been extremely helpful

you can always manually call and dial and stay on hold over and over and over again on your phone for 'free', so long as you pay your phone bill
