I work in USA and I’m American but I got surgery in Mexico .. u have a paper with date and the doctors name and everything but I don’t now where to send it ?! I see a lot about certificates but I don’t know if it’s in Mexico they will approve but I’m calling every day and they don’t answer 😭

My doctor kept getting my dates wrong at kaiser and now they said my extension claim got declined what can i do? file an appeal?

Hi Dr. filled out my form and mailed it out on August 22 when I call SDI it states that there is no claim on file and there is never anyone there to help you. I’m going to fill out another application and give it to my doctor to see if he can fill it out again and I can hand-deliver it to the employment development department in Sacramento, California, I don’t know what to do and I’m getting scared. I had an account for Unemployment in 2020 and after using my log in username, Pwd and all kinds of personal info, I can’t continue to next page because it cannot verify my info… I called EDD several times at different hours and the recording says “EDD has reached the maximum number of callers, try another day!” I try and cannot get through. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m on the 3rd week of being off work due to surgery and I’m running out of time!

What if you used up 52 week and you still disable can you extend the Edd disabled payment, because on the email it say you maximize your payment?

Hi 👋 How long after mailing my forms will state disability enter it in their system? I mailed it two weeks ago and nothing is pending.

I had my EDD disability with my PCP for other medical problem, he put returned back to work day 06/22/24.Then on 06/21/24 I had surgery with other doctor and she put me on different disability from that day, so days of disabilities were overlapped. Do I continue my disability on old claim, since I never returned back to work yet, or I need to start a new claim with other doctor? It's very confusing.

We have been dealing with this for 7 months now; they keep saying that my husband has no available vages and that he hasn’t paid pfl insurance, but it’s been taking it off from his paycheck w2 every month for two years and they keep saying he has no benefits available. Keep sending us from one person to another. They just don’t wanna pay . That’s all the explanation, we’ve filled more than 5 claims and talk to a bunch of workers.
