Man I hope the people who are responsible for these catastrophes do time. The amount of unneeded suffering that has happened in this state due to poor careless leadership is despicable.
I had a hearing with an appeal judge and I just got the decision and she wrote false statements that i’ve never said.. i feel discriminated as well because of my middle name and religion. She had a very bad attitude and after the call until today i’m in emotional distress and feel like i’m treated differently even though i’m an American citizen.. any advice?
BEEN ON APPEAL FOR OVER A MONTH ALREADY. I CALL AND AM ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND WHEN I FINALLY GET THRU THEY HANG UP ON ME. THEY MADE ME IDENTIFY MY IDENTITY. IT GOT VERIFIED. NOW NOTHING. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND HAVENT GOTTEN ANY INFORMATION.
Did you have a hearing or just sent them the appeal letter?
Call your congressman or senator. Speak to their liaison, they will have this taken care of in a week

JUST KEEP CALLING YALL I SPENT ALMOST 6 HOURS CALLING NONE STOP WITH 2 PHONES FINALLY GETTING THREW THEY TOOK OFF THE REOPEN BUTTON AND I WAS ABLE TO CERTIFY IN 3 MINUTES AND NOW THE SHOW AS PAID FOR THE 2 WEEKS SINCE THE 27TH PLUS THE 2 WEEKES 300 SO $1100.

I still haven't even gotten a ID verification link yet from EDD. I called and nothing. I should of been paid 10 days ago, now I am suffering on how to pay my bills this month. I might end up living in my car pretty soon until I can find a job :(
@@MrSr3nity_97 i sent my ID through docusign o. The 7th they told me it was being viewed bow i have 4 weeks pending it sucks i been trying to call edd all day today phone has been busy since 8am this morning.
@John Rodriguez no edd was posed too send me a link jan 6th i didnt recieve nothing so i called the 7th and luckily a rep had sent me the docusign link to my ui online account all they needed was too have me send the back and front of my California ID i didnt have to upload anymore documents they had sen try me a conformation receipt to my email saying i has been sent now its a just waiting game:(
I just have 4 weeks pending after certified benefits.
Never got the ID email tho.
I called with 2 phones for almost 6 hours finally got threw waited 45 minutes on hold and they cleared the reoped button now o certified and the funds show as paid so by 2am 1100$ will be in my bank acount!! I was so stressed earlier if you really need the money youll sit their and call till they answer i felt like giving now i feel so relieved.
OHIO extended benefits are being denied when completing weekly questions! Employers are not hiring for livable wages and all my applications rejected for over a year now!!! We need a minimum of $600/Week to keep up with bills until employers hire us on or Americans will become homeless once savings are depleted! HELP!!!!!
I need help w an appeal ASAP! EDD is saying I didn't do the ID me but I most definitely did. Any suggestions ..?

@@christianarias4850 yes i had to write it myself, i chose to do the small appeal form they sent me instead of a letter. it got sent to my old address so my abusive roommate only just barely gave it to me with enough time to do that🤡
i checked online to make sure i wrote it well; so you're basically meant to only address the issue they tell you in the letter they sent you, and you need to be concise and persistent. be very firm that it was not your fault
Can I fax my appeal letter or email it to edd
I got question if the appeal is on 24 do I call a day ahead of the same date and time
What about taxes? May 15 th is coming so Ido I still market them down for taxes?

No answer to my appeal yet
Better call your local area appeals court, look online for it. My husband called and they said they hadn't gotten anything yet so has to re do another appeal !!
