Just found your channel recently. Good stuff. Keep it simple. No BS on the vids, which i appreciate. Kinda like NDYak Angler in that regard. You would do well to emmulate his style IMHO. Curious what town your cabin is near, as i used to fish the Crivitz area years ago. Thanks !!

Thank you, I appreciate those words tremendously. I'm trying to go for that style, I'm not a huge fan of the people screaming and yelling when they catch a fish. And that's awesome! It's a cabin in the family and its right outside Crivitz. Absolutely beautiful up there. Thank you for watching!

@@reelfeelfishing I pointed out NDYakangler, because of your laid back approach and the type of water your fishing. He's always in the yak, but maybe you can work on becoming "the wade guy" so to speak. Definately a niche to be filled. One suggestion if i may, invest in a good landing net and try to refrain from reeling those fish in too close, making it harder to handle them. Keep at it young man and looking forward to your improvement going forward. 👍👍👍

So beautiful, Jared, reminds me so much of Canada (same latitude) I saw that tea colored water and immediately thought "crawfish" before I saw your reference to sleeper craw. Those tanks were bigger than what I expected to see, thanks for taking us along as you worked that river!

Thanks Todd ! Yeah this is as close as I've gotten to Canada hahaha. About 30 mins from the U.P. and the crawfish were so crazy I should have done an underwater angle. Everywhere I stepped they were there. I also was super shocked at some of the sizes. But super happy to explore new water. Thank you for watching 👊

Thanks man! It was a lot of fun. Hope to get back there again someday. Exploring the river was awesome. And totally recommend them but I do have some mixed opinions on them. One of them caught me around 20-25 fish before being shredded and losing both claws. Then another one caught me 3 fish before being shredded and losing the claws. So it's tough to say if they are worth 10$. Thank you for watching 👊

I'd recommend the Oconto or Peshtigo. There are some huge smallies on both those rivers. Peshtigo is some fast current where I was at but very manageable to wade. Super fun! I'm all over Wisconsin and Illinois sometimes Michigan. Midwest has some great fishing. Thank you for watching 👊
