I'm by no mean a veteran, but at level 149 and maxed in rifleman, support and assault, I don't mind helping new players, but it's frustrating when you have a level 2 SL with no mic, and no matter how hard you try to explain to him how to put down an OP, he just won't listen (or can't, since HLL's voice chat can be buggy sometimes), it leaves you with no choice other than to vote kick him or switch squad
I'm always willing to help if someone is new and I'm very patient. Though like another person said, no mic on sl is a noooooooooo go. Other than that it's a game, and I'm just here for some fun. Nothing like getting a full squad with mics and running good tactics though

I spent the 1st 20hrs playing support and my research found the 2 main things any new recruit needs to learn is 1. Get good with the standard issue rifles 2. Understand how supplies work aswell as survival and camouflage
I once came across a guy in my squad who would only ever say the word "banana" on mic, no matter what you asked him. If you asked him to clarify he would just say "baaannaannnaaa". He then left my squad, created a new squad and started saying "banana" on command chat as well. I thought that was weird, but I bumped into him on another server the next day and he was still saying "banana" in proximity chat to everyone around him. Absolute commitment to the banana.

I just had a game on that bridge map where I ran 4 trips to and from the defense point dropping off supplies. That's 1200 big boxes worth of supplies plus 2 of my own supply boxes bringing the total to 1400... And not one person used those supplies. I had to beg someone to make a garrison and they reluctantly did so when the defense point was actively being lost. The garrison was live for maybe another minute and then gone... Enemy dismantled all the supplies afterwards. I was beyond disappointed in my team that game. Those games are torture for the supply truck guys.
Yayyy me, but I must admit, I somewhat do it for the 6k class score and 30k rank up score at the end of such a game of continuous supply dropping, forgive me

The noob who's willing to listen to advice, though they may be bad at the game, they've recognized that they are and are willing to improve upon their skills
The absolute gigachad who doesnt just have entertaining roleplay or whatever, but also plays the game and participates regularly (plays the game like its a GAME) when its needed.
I love playing medic Since I always revive no matter the risk I run 100 meters to revive one dude I don’t worry about the enemy I only save people I will die to revive one guy if that’s what it takes Amazing video by the way
I remember starting out and not being able to use a mic. After getting bullied for 2 matches I realised hmm maybe it’s the class I’m playing or the thing I’m doing. I realised that if I just played engineer and made defenses in the backlines or went on the artillery I wouldn’t get bullied and people would sometimes even be nice to me. Both these roles are slow enough that i could use text chat and seeing my defenses get used by my teammates made me realise how fun teamplay was.
About the medic thing. Alot of times people redeploy cause they need satchels cause lets be honest finding a support that isnt running flamethower build is rare asf theese days. That beeing said it is decent to day "dont revive me im redeploy for*insert reason*"
You got me subscribed after watching several videos. How do you feel about making a video about 10 most liked players for a change of mood? My picks include: squad leaders that can motivate ppl to play the right way, players who value action planning (quick brainstorming on what we do next), being inclusive and not asking about people accents - nobody came here to make big friendships but make games enjoyable to each other :)
Hey dude cheers, glad you subscribed! I was actualy planning on doing this yeah, I've got the ground work done just gotta get a script together....then take on the mammoth editing. These big style videos take me a while unfortunately.
The guy who inspires everyone to charge onto point by running for it in the middle of a stalemate firefight I had one experience where we were all held up at a river and neither team was really making advances and this fellow squad leader threw his smokes over the bridge and yelled in proximity chat," Come on boys!!! Throw smokes and keep your heads down!" Him and his squad proceeded to lead the charge and my squad and many other's threw smokes and proceeded into the point with almost zero visibility and it somehow worked
After about 2,500hrs gameplay my first priority is to build nodes in HQ by swapping between support and engineer roles. Every now and then, someone will notice you doing this and drop a box for you and speed up the whole process; legends. Great clip sir. Happy hunting.
My favorite players are the no mics that actually listen to squad leaders or nearby teammates, it makes me feel good about saving their lives or knowing they care about our victory, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve simply said “don’t go out gate” to a no mic and they do the opposite
Favorite type of player just have to be the calm fellas who can communicate well and keep their cool. Bonus points if they are also an LMG gunner and we set up as a gunner duo - this is especially fun on defense.
Was in one of those almost empty lobbies with a three stack and a random versus like 2 guys, the random on our team blasted the halo theme and lead the charge Into battle (he got blew to bits by some kind of divine intervention, God rest his soul)
Just started playing a couple weeks ago, so I’ve been binging on these videos. In relation to the #1, part 2 about switching sides. I was in a game and within the last 10 minutes of the game I had a fatal error that kicked me from the game (first time I’ve ever seen that). I managed to get back into the game but it put me on the opposite team. It felt.. dirty. I purposely ignored the area where I was at before the CTD. Didn’t feel right to go and fight against my previous squad. I was however pleasantly surprised that my stats/xp was combined for both sides of the fight.
As somebody who only plays squad leader due to most not placing any outposts or anything I appreciate the people who communicate with me. Even if it's not much just a little bit of "your outpost is down mate can you stick another one down" can make the game so much more enjoyable
Reason I started playing SL. And the fact that the one that does places an OP leaves the game after 5 minutes without saying bye. Only been playing 40 hours and about 15 as SL, but it taught me a lot.

Ok. I’ll add my two cents. I can understand your frustration with the people that redeploy whilst you are in the middle of reviving them. But as a veteran player myself. There has been too many times. WAY too many times that I’m already in cover. Smoke all around me. And as I look up at the sky and see anywhere from 1-3 medics 50m away from me and running away. Calling out to revive so I can stay in the fight and being ignored. I would be quick to not rely on medics either. That’s my take on that portion. But in the middle of a revive. Then I would stay 100%.
Just because you see enemies doesn't mean you should shoot at them. I stopped asking randos in my unit if they wanna join me in flanks because 9 times out of 10 the second they see an enemy they start blasting and ruin any opportunity we have to take out a garrison
I done a suicide run and was blasted for my stupidity, berating myself as I speed up death,I'm suddenly greeting with "your being revived". That was medal worthy right there
My most beloved Hell Let Loose players: - Players who remain on defense. - Players who update enemy markers - Players who build nodes - Players who are still polite even when things are going badly - Players who use mics - Players who play command or squad lead and five specific orders to specific squads - Players who use support supplies to build blue zone garrisons instead of using up resources for supply drops and supply trucks
I always say "Howdy" or some introduction when entering a squad and then later when playing with the team. Its an instant vibe checker to let me know if I should leave the squad or server. What I especially hate is when I do this and everyone is silent but I roll with it, and then I have to ask if they have microphones (after shooting the shit probing for a sign of life) and then and only then do they speak up.
I’m gonna say the guys who make the job of medic more fun and have funny conversation I always make an attempt to make getting shot laughable and when guys joke along with me it makes it billion times better
Mic volume is like having food in your teeth, most times you don't know unless you are told. Just keep in mind everyone, be nice at first then ur free afterwards :)
Hahah yeah I have a bug that my mic comes through like s tumble drier until I change it..and for a month incoudkbt figure out why people kept blanking me....its because I was making ears bleed and no one said

Just so you know McBluffin,I've used your false vet after I heard this false vet berate a rookie. His mic went quiet for a bit while he processed what I'd called him. Thank you for the received wisdom
In my defence I dont have a mic and no one else wanted the commander role but I still heard what they said (and by that I mean the two guys on commander chat asking me stuff and telling me their plan) and marked a lot
That was an amazing video. HLL is a great game and I love the community for the most part. My disliked player would be the veteran who is only calling out mistakes and criticizes new guys, without explaining and helping. Imagine the command chat whining about clueless players, while not trying to explain the game to people who are new...
The games do seem to have changed. Some servers seem heavily affected. I personally believe there are quite a few people employing targeting and shooting cheats such as Aimbot. It certainly ruins the fun for those that play it straight.
I was recently banned on a server for an hour because our officer was not setting down spawn points that the squad was constantly asking him why but he was not responding. So we got killed and had to spawn back at the initial spawn points having to walk back about 4 capture points to our main objective, the officer was also killed and was walking back like i was so to get his attention i started shooting my gun to the side of him and this probably startled him which he turned but walked in front of my gun and i was banned immediately. Which i think was ridiculous as i could have recorded it and proven he walked in front of the gun when i was shooting and not even aiming at him but at the ground
i love playing SL but i usually just stick to support and engineer, i enjoy playing a little more casual and helping a good SL. i wish people would run supply trucks or drop their supply’s more often though
I'm fairly new to hell let loose, but I play medic, and I hate running out in a field to revive a few guys, just for them to release and leave me alone in a field with seconds to live!
Absolutely love the commander that actually does his job right and listens to the aquad leads, HATE the guy who bitches at you in chat because he keeps running into machinegun fire and you just so happen to be a medic he can take his rage out on
i heard that medic wasnt worth it and is a waste of time. Do you have a opinion on this? OH! when using that machine gun i was like WTF whats wrong wiht my mouse why cant i just move it over that tiny bit. THE i found out its a game mechnic and i have to press shift. I swear i thought maybe my old hands were gone forever for being a older gamer. But really it doesnt make sense im on the ground im using a tripod. Do machine gunners really hold their breath? I mean usually in movies they are like "GET SOME". anyways.
I personally love the medic, and if played right and the team are willing to wait a little bit can be very effective (i have a couple of fun videos playing medic). Having said that it could use some love, and a buff of some kind. As for the MG, i think the holding breath thing is for better accuracy but if its deployed you can still control it a fair amount, but if shooting from the hip you better be warmed uyp as that thing kicks like a mule on crack.
I like to play support since i feel nobody else does but If i dont have my supplies you best bet im running that field like Pvt Doss as a medic. Idc if my rifle even gets fires. If youre down, im down. To get you back up soldier lets get back in the fight
I dont like talking, so i type "hello" and then listen, as a basic rifle man and shoot where im told the enemy is, go where i am told to go, and cover when told to cover.
I played today and Dead Mans corner came up as the first point it was quickly taken by the enemy and locked, a good 15 mins later I decided to go there as I have been there in real life and wanted to see what it looked like in the game, I sht you not there was a full scale battle raging there, half of our team was still running at it and half of their team was still defending it. 🤦♂
As one who spends 90% of my time being a medic, unless asked to swap, my absolute favorite are the guys who wait for me to give them morphine or the o-k to respawn. If I revive them and they also know what to do after I revive them, then you are *my* point-making hero. Sometimes it's just "get up and run for cover", and other times they just gotta set down their bipod and get back in business while I patch ya. I still get to cuss and swear at ya if you do the opposite of anything I mentioned before, so you're still giving me content, but you aren't doing me favors with points, nor doing yourself any favors. What's faster: 10s to respawn, another 10-37s to spawn of a garrison or outpost, and whatever time it takes for you to run back to where you were (30-120s) with the possibility of dying before then, *OR* wait a max of 40s for me to get to you, maybe throw a smoke so I don't die, and revive you, or 15s to get in mic range to tell you to "choose a different adventure"?
I know I’m late by a whole year but the people that never listen to you when you are the squad leader and they never have a mic but Here’s a little secret if they are on PlayStation it’s only on ps5 but ps5 controllers have a built in mic so they do have a mic but chooses not to talk and never listen

@@McBluffinGaming 😄 thank you, we are really under appreciated, suppressive fire with a MG, is not used as often as it should
The noob who's willing to listen to advice, though they may be bad at the game, they've recognized that they are and are willing to improve upon their skills
I love the medics that run across a full battlefield just to heal me, and I do it sometimes too.
True heroes. 👍
The absolute gigachad who doesnt just have entertaining roleplay or whatever, but also plays the game and participates regularly (plays the game like its a GAME) when its needed.
I love playing medic
Since I always revive no matter the risk I run 100 meters to revive one dude
I don’t worry about the enemy I only save people
I will die to revive one guy if that’s what it takes
Amazing video by the way
PVT.PYLE is my favorite player. Dudes a legend.
The squad leader who takes empty command and the games instantly turns into a landslide!
@@McBluffinGamingThey are well worth the wait-always funny and polished, and like the best humour, insightful too. Keep up the good work!
@Bendermas1 thanks dude. 😊
The guy who inspires everyone to charge onto point by running for it in the middle of a stalemate firefight
I had one experience where we were all held up at a river and neither team was really making advances and this fellow squad leader threw his smokes over the bridge and yelled in proximity chat," Come on boys!!! Throw smokes and keep your heads down!"
Him and his squad proceeded to lead the charge and my squad and many other's threw smokes and proceeded into the point with almost zero visibility and it somehow worked
They are rare but I've had a few over the years. Quick message saying "no mic but I can ping and will follow orders" those guys are amazing
Glad your binging the vids dude. I know what you mean, I've been in a similar pos once or twice.
Supports guys in a different squad that come to help you build garries. Love them guys

Ohh dude I know. This had to be added coz in the first episode I shat all over medics who don't revive...I had to balance the scales
Just because you see enemies doesn't mean you should shoot at them. I stopped asking randos in my unit if they wanna join me in flanks because 9 times out of 10 the second they see an enemy they start blasting and ruin any opportunity we have to take out a garrison
Yeah so many trigger happy lads out there.
I done a suicide run and was blasted for my stupidity, berating myself as I speed up death,I'm suddenly greeting with "your being revived". That was medal worthy right there
Had a guy one time blasting white noise the entire game occasionally switching to the windows scream
My most beloved Hell Let Loose players:
- Players who remain on defense.
- Players who update enemy markers
- Players who build nodes
- Players who are still polite even when things are going badly
- Players who use mics
- Players who play command or squad lead and five specific orders to specific squads
- Players who use support supplies to build blue zone garrisons instead of using up resources for supply drops and supply trucks
The squad leader who volunteers the squad to stay behind, play defense, and build back up garries
For a split second I thought these were on your hated list lol
The guys who will wait for me when I tell them I am coming to come revive them or the ones who role paly and say some crazy shit, they make my day.
Pretty reasonable approach
I’m gonna say the guys who make the job of medic more fun and have funny conversation I always make an attempt to make getting shot laughable and when guys joke along with me it makes it billion times better
Mic volume is like having food in your teeth, most times you don't know unless you are told. Just keep in mind everyone, be nice at first then ur free afterwards :)
Hahah yeah I have a bug that my mic comes through like s tumble drier until I change it..and for a month incoudkbt figure out why people kept blanking me....its because I was making ears bleed and no one said
A guy named soundslikeyouaproblem helped me out with tanks and was super nice about it when I didn’t know what to do. We always need players like that!
The name would make you think he wouldn't lol
Just so you know McBluffin,I've used your false vet after I heard this false vet berate a rookie. His mic went quiet for a bit while he processed what I'd called him. Thank you for the received wisdom
@mileymarielow3850 anytime buddy 😀
In my defence I dont have a mic and no one else wanted the commander role but I still heard what they said (and by that I mean the two guys on commander chat asking me stuff and telling me their plan) and marked a lot
Tbf more than most commanders with a mic.
The actual military veteran that breaks out hardcore combat tactics and teaches everyone.
Nonono there are those officers that doesn’t place outpost so you have to do a awuful walking simulator
while m tanking some ENG BUILDING REPAIR STATIONS put huge smile on my face
Bruh the saboteurs sounds like Italy, ready to join the winning team.
That was an amazing video. HLL is a great game and I love the community for the most part. My disliked player would be the veteran who is only calling out mistakes and criticizes new guys, without explaining and helping. Imagine the command chat whining about clueless players, while not trying to explain the game to people who are new...
@@MetalAriel thanks dude
I never give up when down, i hit the bowl and ask for help
We need people like you in the game
The games do seem to have changed. Some servers seem heavily affected. I personally believe there are quite a few people employing targeting and shooting cheats such as Aimbot. It certainly ruins the fun for those that play it straight.
commander driving supply truck into battle and letting it explode while 2 engineers run after him wanting to build nodes cause the team has none
Sounds about right
i think thats only an issue if the commander doesnt spawn more supply trucks
The other engineer who enjoys building nodes just as much as me😂🍺
As a level 4 squad leader who has literally never even pulled the binoculars out by accident, i am offended lmfao
Pahaha. Sorry
“Keep that shit in insurgency lobbies” 😂 I felt that
Whenever I play/forced to play squad Lead I forget they have binoculars.
My favorites are those players with an extremely heavy southern drawl. I feel like I’m fighting with bull randelman from band of brothers
Which i think was ridiculous as i could have recorded it and proven he walked in front of the gun when i was shooting and not even aiming at him but at the ground
so words hurt your feeling got it
Only the mean ones
As a fng anyone with pati3nce willing to teach new skills are invaluable to me as the only role ik well is medic
I am that medic who runs for more that 100m and when I’m just 20m away they just give up :(
Still aspire to be all 10 of these at once
I believe in you....well hopefully not number 1
Awesome. If I'd made a list it would have been exactly the same as yours.
That's God to hear.
That happened to me as a medic. I was gonna revive a player, and he died the second i pulled out the morphine he died
i love playing SL but i usually just stick to support and engineer, i enjoy playing a little more casual and helping a good SL. i wish people would run supply trucks or drop their supply’s more often though
Commendable sir
That one grunt with a super thick Appalachian accent. Shit always goes down when he's on
Pahahaha. Oh man so true
Revive skippers and doorway blockers are my most easily agitating thing in the game.
I'm fairly new to hell let loose, but I play medic, and I hate running out in a field to revive a few guys, just for them to release and leave me alone in a field with seconds to live!
Yeah it's a horror game in itself
Good job.Cheers.
Thanks my dude
I like to play support since i feel nobody else does but If i dont have my supplies you best bet im running that field like Pvt Doss as a medic. Idc if my rifle even gets fires. If youre down, im down.
To get you back up soldier lets get back in the fight
another one is the people who die in the middle of a field and then complain when medics can’t res them
The player who’s not afraid to use his own bandage on you.
Ooo that's a good one..
1:00 I am that Medic
Bless you sir, a player after my own heart.
God bless you.
as medic i very relate with number 7 and about six i play on ps5 and there are like three guys using the mic
If I'm playing solo and join randoms I usually play as MG guy, the least I can do is offer some decent suppressive fire!
#1 airaparent
Great list. Agree with it. Missing is the team killer.
Check the first list friend. Thanks for the kind words
I dont like talking, so i type "hello" and then listen, as a basic rifle man and shoot where im told the enemy is, go where i am told to go, and cover when told to cover.
Good lad. That's fine in my book
I know I’m late by a whole year but the people that never listen to you when you are the squad leader and they never have a mic but
Here’s a little secret if they are on PlayStation it’s only on ps5 but ps5 controllers have a built in mic so they do have a mic but chooses not to talk and never listen
ha, outed PS5 users
