Just start now, why wait! If you have to make it a resolution it probably won’t last. His recipes are easy and fast. I’ve made many of the meal preps and have not bought lunch at work in the past month. Not only am I getting more lean, but I’m saving money too, thanks to Felu.
The Chicken & Potato Bowl with 47g of protein looks most scrumptious, Felu! I like and admire your precision with caloric, carb, fat, and precise protien measurement results! Stay awesome, Felu!
I make a similar sauce with soy sauce, gochujang, honey and a lot of garlic for my minced meat. I will add frozen peas and beans as a filler. Pairs nice with rice. Gochujang makes everything delicious!
Mr. Felu I've got all the ingredients for most of your recipes in my kitchen and on my windowsill, and I've got to say your creative approach to making these terrific meals always surprises me. So simple and obvious, but you're the one who put them together. Also: for 2+ years now, every one of your recipes I've tried has been a winner. It's past time to buy your book, thank you! 👍
Lovely video as always, and I will make that chicken bowl for sure! A small bit of feedback, one thing I love about your recipes is that as you are based in Germany, all the ingredients you use are easy for me to get. So the sponsor, which looks like a product I don't mind trying, being something only order-able in the USA, was a bit of a bummer to me 😅
would be awesome to get them here, i mean, if it´s true and they have half of the kcal and taste exactly or similar to "real" Pasta it would be a gamechanger for me ! :D
@@giuliopurino1430here in Italy there is "Molino Spadoni" who makes pasta "a basso indice glicemico" with corn flour resistant starch which is nearly half the carbs and super high fiber maybe you can find a shop who can ship to Germany
Hello, nice video. Short question. Is it a good idea to freeze the sauce you made here? I search for recipies which I can cook as a single with some variation. So I wonder if I want to use the whole sauce in one week ... Also I want to suggest some kind of videoformat for modular cooking. Linke cook one day, freeze away for a whole week with some variation. Or what to cook in smaller batches what I can combine to get some variation on the table. I know you made a video on stir fry but it seems that all the time it comes out the same when I cook that. also a lot of the ingredience I would prefer to store longer. I like the Gochajang but the box is to big to use all of it without eating the same every day ... So maybe a video like "Here are four side dishes and four totally different main dishes you can combine without wasting a lot of ingrediences" ,-) Thank you for your work. I lost 40 kg with better eating and think you did a lot for that with your recipies ...
I’m so glad I found your channel as I am in Germany and can easily find the same products that you use. My question is, how do you find the beef fat percentages? I just usually buy the rinderhackfleisch at the store but I can’t for the life of me figure out which is lean. Also, in the states we use Chuck Roast cuts a lot. Here I can’t find it. Do you have any recommendations? We usually use chuck roast for any braised beef that will become fork tender.
I think like high protein is kind of a fad right now. You should probably still eat it but not like 300 g of protein a day or something crazy. You don't really need that much as people think you do, especially if you're not working out. It's only really beneficial if you're working out to build muscle, but if you're not working out, you're not building muscle.
High protein is definitely not a fad. Older adults definitely do not get enough protein in the US and we should encourage nearly all people to eat a little more protein.
Actually it's more important in a fat loss diet, when trying to build muscle of course you want to hit the minimum target of daily protein but then you really have to go mad on carbs to boost performance in the gym. When trying to lose weight protein is key to boost metabolism (it takes more energy for our bodies to digest protein vs carbs) and feel fuller while eating less calories
@@sobahighroller2936 there's bodybuilders who are on keto and don't have carbs. And I know about the thermic effective food. Really the calorie burn from your body breaking them to burn extra from Protein is pretty minimal. You might burn like an extra 30 calories And it may seem like I'm arguing with you but I'm not. I just don't think protein is as important as people think it is It's also pretty expensive if you're eating like more than one gram per pound. You're just spending a lot of extra money trying to eat more . It's also is pretty based on genetics. Like you know that UA-camr lean beef Patty, she's super buff and she was hardly eating any protein and was still building crazy amounts of muscle . Then she started eating more protein but still she was building a lot of muscle in like 40 g of protein a day. There's a lot of cultures that hardly eat it at all. Like the Japanese. Most of their food is high carb and they're pretty low in body fat. There's lots of people that just don't really care about muscle mass
120-140g of protein a day is high protein for most people and that's enough of a challenge, I don't imagine many people except The Rock are getting close to 300g a day. I have chronic pain and fatigue and the difference to my energy and physical resilience when eating 100g+ of protein per day vs an "average" 60g is incredible. Protein is how our bodies rebuild. If you're not lifting, just eating protein won't enlarge your muscles, that's true. Muscle growth is only one of the thousands of functions that need protein.
broooooo please use safer cutting technique. I'm always so stressed out watching your videos because you're soooooooo close to shaving bits off your fingers.
Eh, both are required for proper bodily functioning. Fats are required for proper hormonal regulation so u don't feel moody, weak, or off, and carbs are needed for energy so u don't feel lethargic.
My New Years Resolution is to try out more of Felu's recipes! 🔥🎆

Excellent! I would toss the carrots in the pan for a few seconds since carrots make more of their nutrients available when cooked for a bit.
excellent video felu, because you use german products, as I recently moved into Germany I can cook these way more easily :)
That's great!

Very sad, that the Carbe Diem are not available in Europe =(

Where do you get lean ground beef in Germany (Berlin)? All I can see in supermarkets are the 70% variant. I don't need that!
Carbe Diem is only available in the US. Wish we have this or similar in the EU.
Yes, absolutely
In what world are 56g of pasta a serving size???
I love your content, but i have a slightly odd question. Is protein powder help promote wound healing like actual meat protein?
Whats your eating schedule like?
Breakfast around 7, lunch 12, some snack at 3 and dinner at 7
Can you do some weeknight freezer friendly meals please
Yes!
i am subbed just because you put all the measurements and ingredients straight up at description.
is it normal for 95% lean ground beef to leak some fat when you cook it? idk if my 95% lean beef is legit or not lol
These are great but honestly I wish they were individual videos as they are easier to find 😅

I disagree. Carbs are a perfect energy source. Good fats are great but your body will more effectively use carbs for energy than fats.
