    These recipes all look amazing! I’m 13 and got into fitness about a year ago, but I rarely made any healthy meals that I actually looked forward to eating. However, once I found your channel, it made me realize how easy it is to make food that’s both healthy and delicious. Now that my diet is on point, I’m getting better results than ever. Comes down at around 300 kcal, with high protein, low fat and a good fiber content. keeps me going for several hours and is easy to store in a container to take to work. Highly recommend!

      @@Felu I think if you let the oats soak for an hour or so, you can also do baked oatmeal without grinding the oats to flour first. It does have a different texture (obviously, more like cooked oatmal but not as dense) and might need longer in the oven. I have a similar but rather more involved recipe where I soak the oats overnight but I have seen similar ones where they just mix them together with liquid, eggs etc. and put in a a dish and the oven.

    I have my own variation of all these recipes but would recommend all of these. I love making protein pancakes and have a quark based topping that's basically: 100g berries mix, 1 scoop of protein and 150 or 200g of skyr/greek yoghurt/quark. Mix that up and you don't need any sweetener. Put that on top of your pancakes and eat whatever you have left seperately.
    Also my tip for any recipe with dough or quark if you like chocolate flavor. Just add 2 (big) teaspoons of cacao and 20g of honey or maple syrup to whatever you're making and you have a chocolate tasting meal now :)

    Guys I will suggest u to make this break fast, is easy healthy and high in protein
    U just need
    Oats 50 grams 30 grams or 100 grams depending IhoW much u want to eat
    5 strawberries
    So much blueberries
    1 banana
    1 apple
    Grapes so much as well
    And some other fruit u like
    100 ml of yoghurt
    100 grams of egg white
    50 ml of milk
    Yo just have to scratch the apple and yoghurt canela and max it
    Then in other bowl add the oats and milk put in the microwave for 20 seconds
    Then add the egg white to the scratched apple mix it again and add the oats
    After that u just have to add the fruits and some more yoghurt in the top of all
    It is so nutritious and depending in the amount of oats it will be between 300 calories and 500
    This are good calorías so u won’t get fat cause it’s light food and u won’t be hungry for the next 5 or 3 hours awaiting for the afternoon meal
    Greeting from mx 😊

      You can use every sweetener that you have, 20g is a safe amount. Whey protein is not mandatory for the banana oatmeal

    Whenever I compare Oat flour to Wheat flour (both in shops and online) wheat always has less calories, but oats offer more fibre and nutrients. If someone's primary goal is to cut calories, would wheat be best? I'm not to focused on losing weight yet, I am trying to get into "healthier habits" and getting all my nutrients in order. Once I have a perfectly balanced system in place, I plan to add exercise and see if I can cut calories in certain areas (Gotta start thinking of my old age before it's too late)

    • @Felu
      @Felu  2 роки тому

      The difference between oats and wheat is not that high so in terms of calories it doesn't really matter which one you buy on a cut. However as you said, oats have more fiber and micronutrients like magnesium. I honestly would just eat both. They both have pros and cons in certain recipes

    Very Curious if there is a way a Low Calorie Aglio Olio can be made, since its main ingredient is basically olive oil

    • @Felu
      @Felu  2 роки тому +1

      Olive oil or rather all oil, is the highest calorie food that exist. Oil has 900 calories per 100g. In comparison, sugar has 400 cals per 100g. So making a low calorie aglio e olio is basically impossible because the main ingredient is olive oil
