Its not like one of those videos which claims to give you same things which are not practically useful. But this one actually looks legit and simple. Its something i can just amend without hassle ! Good job.
You can add finely chopped green chillies, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves and hing to it - we call it neer mor in TN (you can also use some salt, mustard seeds after spluttering with some oil and even chia seeds)
My no cooking diet plan:-
Breakfast: first fruit+ dal bhel(2:15)+buttermilk/sugarcane juice/cocunut water
Lunch(optional): soaked moong dal chat +curd
Snacks:roasted peanuts+bananas
Dinner:green chilli/chutney(spicy start)+buna chenna/chenna sattu+ raw cocunut slices+dates+banana(op.)+handful roasted peanuts(op.) last jaggery piece(sweet)

Dinner :-
Paneer sandwich
1. 100gm paneer
break it in small piece
2.add cabbage and capsicum
3.add tomato
4.salt pepper
5.2-3 spoon curd
6.keep on bread
Take one glss milk optional
Everything is fine sir..
That much chota meal ... Instead one full rice dal meal ..is it full fill our hunger levels ..weight goals can't acieve in this chota meals...

The breakfast, instead of "whole wheat bread" I would cook oats in that milk and add a banana and peanut butter in it. I would cook some scrambled eggs as a side for protein. My opinion is taking whey protein is effective right after workout within 30 mins. Also the nutritional info on meal 1 you have not mentioned the sugar content.
