Bro this as a challenge for a day which I repeat every week. I travel to Noida once in every week usually doesn't spend more than 250 on food, sometimes it is even under 200. My usual diet there is - ₹30-₹50 briyani ₹50-₹70 veg thali ₹30-₹50 Chana chat ₹30-₹50 Chokha Batti (no ghee) ₹20-₹40 Pani puri / bhelpuri (only unhealthy part of my whole day diet)
My tiffin 20rs plate of idly on cycle,in lunch 5rs meal of harekrina moment,in dinner taking the parcel of 5rs meal intiffinbox, in snacks 5rs Parle gi biscuit packet
As a student staying out of home, this video is a boon for me (especially the evening snack options, after the long and boring lectures, when u r tempted to eat something tangy and tasty 😅). Surely other students like me can relate.

From 10am(breakfast time) to 7pm (dinner/dessert completion time), it makes 9hrs. Within 9hrs people generally don't tend to have 4 meals. It is good to follow the 16:8 eating window to make sure our body doesn't become insulin resistant hence in the 8hrs eating window, 3 meals are justified. This should be followed from childhood days along with some regular simple exercises.
This guy just made a diet plan for me right there😮 I have been thriving on outside food and this is really helpful ❤ I used to feel helpless and buy a maggi packet or vada pao and felt shit the next day. I gave up so many times only bcoz I did not put efforts into finding healthy options. This is a Lifesaver, literally. ❤

From 10am(breakfast time) to 7pm (dinner/dessert completion time), it makes 9hrs. Within 9hrs people generally don't tend to have 4 meals. It is good to follow the 16:8 eating window to make sure our body doesn't become insulin resistant hence in the 8hrs eating window, 3 meals are justified. This should be followed from childhood days along with some regular simple exercises.
