Very good video! One thing, is it normal that when I started boxing over bodybuilding my biceps became more flat but longer? How to balance boxing and lifting while keeping big muscles, or is that even needed?
Yeah I feel like that is totally normal just because you guys condotion so much that you end up losing alot. Maybe a way to keep your muscles is to eat 500-1000 calories over your maintenance calories.
May God bless you , i have been working out for a past 3 months as of now when i first got my Gym rings. i have been doing bicep curls for a while and their is something i dnt yet understand. sometimes the pain is coming from the centre of the bicep, and sometimes its coming from the bicep brachi ,, maybe my form is all messed up .
