To get that tar sound deadening out the easy way... buy some dry ice and crush it up and let it sit on there for a bit. It makes the tar brittle enough to come out in chunks with a chisel. Or here in Ohio we just work out in the driveway and nature freezes it for us :D A Grinder is going to fling little pieces of sticky tar everywhere.
Great advice!! I will do the dry ice trick. Never heard of that. I am also going to try and attempt fixing my dash like how you did in one of your videos!!

I have this exact truck with mango metallic decals from factory. Named her Betty. I left it stock but yours looks BEASTLY. 230k miles.

Go with my friends all the time and I’ve never who lifted😂😂 in fact I’ve only done 4 sets of bench presses my entire life. I stay away from that stuff because it’s dangerous and there are other workouts that are better and do the same exact thing.
I had a spinal Injury too - took 2.5 years, but I finally got it fixed
Very good head on your shoulders. Stay away from heavy lifts like this unless you are ready and aware of how to keep proper form through the whole movement!

A buddy and I were lifting today, he got there a little later than me and we were hitting chest. He walks in I’m hitting 265 on bench, mind you it’s my 3rd set i have 2 more to go. So, we start talking and I ask him if he wants to lower the weight to like 135 so he can warm up, and he goes nah I’m good I’ll rep it. He gets under it and drops it right on his chest and hurts his shoulder. Honestly, he always thinks he’s stronger than me because he’s bigger. He’s prolly 6’1” 215 and I’m a solid 5’10” 200

I find myself ego lifting due to the fact i somehow cannot overtrain, nor do i even really feel like im truly satisfied after lifting. Made sure my form was perfect and everything. So im currently curling 50lb's in each hand for reps of 10. Im 5'6, 140 pounds. 😂

do 5sec negatives istead of ripping your shoulders to shredds. also if u actually do some good form u would actually get fatigued and make same progress and not be the same weight as my nonna. btw tying to flex how strong u are talking about curls gives mad spongebob inflatable arms vibes(train some legs u sissy)

As for "flexing" no one's flexing. I'm discussing what I use weight wise. Flexing would be mentioning how I can curl 80lb's for one rep with perfect form🤣 Sit down bud.

Very good video! One thing, is it normal that when I started boxing over bodybuilding my biceps became more flat but longer? How to balance boxing and lifting while keeping big muscles, or is that even needed?
Yeah I feel like that is totally normal just because you guys condotion so much that you end up losing alot. Maybe a way to keep your muscles is to eat 500-1000 calories over your maintenance calories.

Basically. Lift at your own pace, know your current limit, work on progressive overload, eat chicken breasts, steak, eggs, and don’t focus on the current limit of other people. Focus on your technique and being stronger than last week. Great video overall 🫡 stay jacked gym bros.
