There's no way for your to remember but I actually got your autograph on one of your photos probably around 2010 or so at a small local gold's gym. Still remember meeting and talking with you ;)

I just broke my hand about 8 weeks ago. I've been training as hard as I possibly can, and I did a bunch of rubber band workouts and legs while it was healing. My legs are really ahead right now 😂 it feels good, in some ways.
Same happened to me back in november, but i still have stiffness around my wrist...what do you think worked for you to bot have pain around the wrist or forearm??
@Johnny Cage honestly, you might for a really long time. I've broken each hand, when I broke my left one in highschool, I had it cast the traditional way, and at the end of it, my ligaments had tightened up, my muscle had atrophied, all that good stuff.. but my wrist mobility was shit. It was a few months later, and I could bend one wrist about 120° forward and back, but on my recently broken one, I had a range of probably 90. I work out a lot, I studied in college to become a physical therapist for a bit, am certified in personal training and nutritional therapy - and really, all there is to it, is to use it.. just use it for daily tasks, stretch it as much as you can without hurting, and work it out. This most recent broken hand, was my right, right on the pinkie metacarpal neck (same place, opposite hand) but the other was a spiral fracture, which was more severe. This time, I got a boxers fracture hand cast, that I could take off and put back on and adjust the tightness of. This one healed uglier, but it feels better, sooner. In summary: it really depends on the break. This one, I started rehabbing before it was even fully healed, to try and keep from losing so much of its use. But I would try to work it on my own, or seek some kind of council, if you feel that's not enough. But done give up hope, I was consigned to having my left hand be much weaker and less limber, but it's actually almost more useful and dominant than my right, now days.

Yes, tore mine also at the same place three years ago. It is starting to look a little better now. Concentrating on the outer part of the bicep which is growing very slowly and lots of reverse curls to make the forearm a little bigger in order to fill in that gap. Also hitting the triceps hard.
Yeah, with me it was a forearm brachia tear; too partial to re-attach, I thought; I can still see it balled up a bit near my elbow. @@coop98 I can use my arm fine for all practical purposes still.
Do what the others have said lol but you don't need to fully extend 100%. That's how a lot of muscles can ''tear''. When you're fully extended, your tendon that attaches the muscle to the bone is at its weakest point. That's when you typically see bicep tears for example, like on deadlifts when they are using reverse grip. You'll see videos of people tearing it on fully extended preacher curls. Pec tears when all the way down extended on the chest when the pectoral is fully extended.
10-20 slow reps. No explosive movement. Obv you can't use heavy weight for this. You just take your muscle to failure. Don't put too much pressure on joints and tendons.
Tore my bicep with lifting a heavy tyre. Sound was short like piece of cotton was ripped in two. Still it wasn't nothing big and healed well in about a month. Everything in bicep looks good.

If the muscle has torn from the tendon and the tendon remains attached to the bone then there is nothing that can be done. I torn my pec 6 months ago and went down every avenue to get repaired, even private surgeons wouldn't touch it. I'm curious.. do you train chest heavy nowadays? I will never forget that sound
I had a full tendon replaced on my torn dystal bicep. Its been 10 months since surgery. How can i get my strength and full looking bicep back? It looks small lime theres only the upper half now
How do you avoid this Jay?
Muscle injuries heal much faster when your on tons of anabolics
Question for jay cutler how much did you weigh before you did this ?? And how much money have you spent too get the size you wanted??
I tore my bicep off my forearm 3 years ago..still not the same and never will be
Same here
How to avoid it?
Yes, tore mine also at the same place three years ago. It is starting to look a little better now. Concentrating on the outer part of the bicep which is growing very slowly and lots of reverse curls to make the forearm a little bigger in order to fill in that gap. Also hitting the triceps hard.
@@Sorest2Don’t lift heavy on isolation movements
The real secret I want to know is what hair product Mr Cutler uses… his hair stay slicked even during a workout
You show a lot of footage of not doing full rom movements, since it keeps more tension on the muscle, and I have to think that injury correlates.
Are pec tears that easy to overcome?
Does anyone know about how much this kind of surgery costs ?
GOAT 🐐
He said it like it was quick and not 2 years.
Para mi jay es el cultirista mas humilde que hemos visto
Conservative management is also a thing, you aren't doomed to surgery if you tear a bicep (unless you need them to look symmetrical)
Yes you are if it completely detaches. It is unable to heal on its own without surgically being reattached.
I tore my Bicep 12 years ago..I never got it fixed 😪
Same here. It still is strong, just a little shorter
Yeah, with me it was a forearm brachia tear; too partial to re-attach, I thought; I can still see it balled up a bit near my elbow. @@coop98 I can use my arm fine for all practical purposes still.
How to avoid bicep tear?
best comback all time Mr olimpia jay cutler
What about a partial distal bicep injury
Dude looks like a jacked up Link from good mythical morning 😂
And how much money that cost to fix it
Mr.Cutler is the best
He is still jacked
Ты в НОРМЕ.КРАСАВА.
How NOT to tear it?
Biceps tear quickly so many people mess it.
He never gave up!!!
I've never torn a muscle. How do I avoid tearing a muscle during workout, guys?
Warmup properly and don't go super heavy in early sets...
@@masternoremac3738 how heavy is too heavy? I usually go for 10-12 reps
And stay hydrated
Anyone have any advise on how to get rid of elbow tendinitis, been spacing out pushing workouts but still have the problem
Just blew my distal bicep tendon. Im now 7 full days post op. I'm currently afraid all my tendons are going to explode.
Dude Jay looks so amazing now@! Just unbelievable to look like that after all those years of slanging!
It was your left and not your right that you injured?
Tearing my biceps and or chest is actually a phobia I have....feel like it's inevitable
Sounds right, fall of the horse gotta get back on.
I can’t believe he got through all that trauma while being natty. Genetic freak.
tore mine. just had surgery.
Tore my bicep with lifting a heavy tyre. Sound was short like piece of cotton was ripped in two. Still it wasn't nothing big and healed well in about a month.
Everything in bicep looks good.
Same with me recently I fell off my bike it was the exact same sound 😅
