My husband and I are both deaf and we love those wonderful videos with closed captions. Thank you for adding closed captions. It is full of spirit to watch. We know that the Book of Mormon is true word from God. We cannot wait to watch every week.:)
I admire the creation of this video. Truly I felt the Spirit while I was watching this clip. Every clip that you upload weekly has a full of Spirit. Thank you very much! I am member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all the way from the Philippines. This would help a lot in the work of salvation in these last days! I leave you my testimony to all members even not that the Book of Mormon is TRUE! It does contain the fullness of the gospel of Christ and that MIRACLES ARE REAL! Please read it I testify as you do so you will come unto Christ and partake of His eternal happiness prepared for us.
My only complaint...only 13 minutes?? I could have done with much more. There have been longer videos and they were awesome too. I'd love to see more but I hate having to wait a week for the next one. I loved the portrayal of the fruit. It was gorgeous. I can't wait to see how they do the Liahona!
Cindy Madsen I thought this last week and was tempted to make a meme of Dudley from Harry Potter when he only gets 37 birthday gifts haha “37?!? But last year..” we get what we get and we will LIKE IT! 😂
When the vision finishes and Lehi sits in his tent, looking at Laman and Lemuel, then says with all the tender feelings of a loving parent, "Please", that is SO well done and touches the heart in a special way. A great lesson for parenting children through adulthood.
I used to be 'laman and lemuel' most of my adult life. It hasn't been until I've been a parent and seen one of my own children going down a concerning path that I understand more what my parents and Lehi was going through.
Watched this this morning and got chills. When Levi saw the tree the first time I was like oh my gosh so beautiful. So excited for this to continue ❤️👏
This is a beautiful depiction of Lehi's dream. I am so grateful for the hard work of the cast and crew to bring such an important message to our screens. This message from 1 Nephi 8 is more relevant than it has ever been before.
I had watched the video and it was very desirable and joyous to my soul. The Spirit of the Lord filled my soul and I prayed that others may also watch this video that their hearts may be touched by the Spirit and that eventually they will desire to seek the truthfulness of The Book of Mormon.
Something that really hit me while watching this version was the way Laman and Lemuel reacted to the dream. I think we too often label those two as horrible people who Lehi and Sarah had to deal with, but the truth is far more complex and real than that. The truth is that they were real people who loved thier family, even though they thought they were crazy. The pain on Laman's face when he was told that he probably wasn't going to make it was very real. He felt far more redeamable in that moment. We should never give up on those that we feel are going astray, even if we feel that they are "past feeling".
Yeah, I've never viewed them as the villains in the beginning. I've always felt it wasn't until they planned to kill Nephi on this side of the world that the wickedness completely consumed them.
That's what impressed me about this video too. Honestly, if we were there and didn't go out of our way to receive a witness for ourselves that Lehi was right in what he was proclaiming, we'd probably react like Laman and Lemuel too.
It certainly helps develop empathy, yes. Ive always wondered why Lehi put up with these guys journeying with the family when they literally tried to _kill_ them several times. You know, most people would be like "Nuh-uh, get out. I don't care if you feel bad. Get out." It's things like this that help you understand why...how they kept giving them chance after chance.
Amen to that, brother. I’ve always (sadly) seen Laman and Lemuel as these awful and wicked people, but now I just feel sad for them. That, in my opinion, is what these videos are doing best.
I thank our Father in Heaven for these awesome Book of Mormon videos! Never have I seen Lehi's dream depicted in such a realistic way. I feel I understand the dream even better now.
I am sharing this with a friend today. I am so grateful to God for making this real in my life. I know the church is true, that Joseph Smith was a prophet of the Lord and that the Book of Mormon is true and that Jesus is the Christ.
I LOVE THIS! And these videos!! Can’t wait for Friday every week!! The BOOK OF MORMON is the word of God! So is The Bible!! And you can come to know that they are both true through The Holy Spirit if you will just ask!! You’re Father in Heaven loves you and is cheering you on. Speak with Him.
Thus far I am most touched by this video in this series of the Book of Mormon, this spoke to me most strongly as I read before I served a mission. I felt that I must know of a surety of the truthfulness of the book before I went to teach it, I look back on those spiritual experiences with much fondness and I see how my testimony has flourished with my continued study. May the Spirit of the truthfulness of what the prophet Joseph Smith brought to light find us all and the Spirit of this marvelous latter day work renew us and comfort us as we find true Joy, Happiness as we serve our beloved Savior and journey through this at times dreary world.
Somehow in all my readings I had never imagined the vision's setting to be nighttime quite like this. But I loved it; it makes the tree and its fruit appear all the brighter and more precious. Since the tree is the love of God (manifested in Christ) it drives home the point of how dark and hopeless the rest of the world is.
The video creation looks authentic and perhaps in reality those acting in the video really looks the original characters. Very inspiring faith promoting that the Book of Mormon really are the words of God preserved for us for our day. Thank you so much for the great time and effort spent just to create this video. God bless!
Another wonderful video that helps portray the Lords love for us and concern for us. The spirit is definitely in these videos and it's such a wonderful feeling watching these videos over and over just makes you feel the spirit stronger and helps you I understand what the Lord wants for you.
Magnificent! Spiritually shocking opening! Terrific! Finally, I can see it and imagine, many times have read it but never could imagine in such a brilliant way
Did anyone else notice the difference in how those who were "clinging to the rod" and fell away versus those that " continually held fast" and stayed? Those that were clinging only held on with one hand and let go to grip farther, the others used both hands alternating and never let go. I've noticed this difference in the scriptures before and this is how pictures it. Amazing! I've always loved these chapters!
Hi TaylorT! I'm glad you pointed it that out! Let me add to what you said.... (In the video: 8:09 ) So I checked, 1 Nephi 8... In verse 24, it says, "clinging." This must be the group that you said that held on to the rod with one hand. I would call them, "Clingers" from now on so that I can differentiate them from other groups. :D (In the video: 9:49 ) In verse 30, it says, "hold fast," so these are the people who used both hands in holding on to the iron rod. I would call them, "H. F." I also would like to point out that before the HFs partake of the fruit... They "fell down" as mentioned in verse 30. To me, it symbolized how grateful they were and they immediate prayed to Heavenly Father for guiding them. It looked like that they will never take their spiritual journey for granted. I hope I am one of the HFs. :)
@@mscred5909 Joseph Smith Sr. had a dream that contained a tree with delicious fruit, a path, and a large building where the wicked looked down in scorn of the righteous. This is further evidence that the Book of Mormon is a 19th-century work of Joseph Smith. It's ingrained in us to look deep into possible scriptural meaning. Take a step back from looking for little things like this in the text and instead consider if the Book of Mormon really is historical. These are not actual events and I'm more sure of that than I ever was sure when I said: "I know the Book of Mormon is true".
@@jared-rummler Thank you, Jared Rummler for your post. It is interesting that you mentioned Joseph Smith Sr. I invite you to contact the missionaries in your area (see www.comeuntochrist.org/) so they can bring/invite the Spirit of the Lord into your home. I know that the Spirit of the Lord can remind/teach/confirm the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon.... if you choose to allow that to happen. If you are still reading this... thank you. Then let me tell you my testimony: You may or may not believe the following... and that's okay. You may stop reading if you feel that you do not want to hear my testimony. I may never know why.... so, I will have to understand. For anyone who is reading... thank you for taking the time. And here it is: I have read the Book of Mormon and I still continue to read it because it is one of the ways to invite the Spirit of God or the Holy Ghost into my life. I know that through the power of the Holy Ghost we may know that this book is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that the things that happened in the Book of Mormon.... did happen. It is an ancient record that was once in reformed Egyptian. I know that God called Joseph Smith to help translate it from reformed Egyptian into English. I write these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Side Notes: In reference to "reformed Egyptian," that is in Mormon 9:32. I will admit, I had to look that up. I don't have that memorized. Thanks to Jared Rummler's post, I was lead to think about that today. :) You or for anyone else reading, you might enjoy this article: www.calledtoshare.com/2018/07/06/evidence-for-the-reformed-egyptian-mentioned-in-book-of-mormon/
Amazing video I look forward to these every friday! I wish they were longer and I wish a new one came out everyday, but I'll be happy and thankful for every friday! Thumbs up!!
Such a wonderful depiction of Lehis Vision. I have read the account so many times in The Book of Mormon and to see it in this form was truly a special experience.
I was looking forward to this one so thank you! I can't imagine Lehi's sadness for what is to come of his oldest sons and boy could you feel it. Wonderful portrayal! Spirit felt: ✅
The Tree of Life vision has always been one of my favorite passages of scripture. It is so vivid and paints a perfect allegory for life and the gospel.
I absolutely love these videos! There are nuances I've never thought of while reading. The love that shines through all of their interactions is such a great lesson of what the gospel is truly there for.
I love these videos. I can't wait for Friday every week because I get so excited. These clips have enhanced my studies. As a matter of fact, it has motivated me to read more, and be immersed inside the scripture. ❤
A very powerful depiction of Lehi´s dream. It is truly eye-opening. We all could be either Nephi and Sam or Laman and Lemuel. Ultimately, it is our choice. I hope we all choose to follow the Spirit even if we feel like walking like Laman and Lemuel. His atonement makes possible a change of heart. So grateful for such gift.
This was a great representation, in my opinion, of Lehi's vision of the Tree of Life! My heart hurt when I saw people, after partaking of the fruit, falling away! A great symbol for today! "I never said it would be easy. I only said it would be worth it!"
How beautiful this is done how full of the spirit it is. How much I felt Lehi's pain & fear that he might lose his sons Laman & Lemuel. how deeply the message of Lehi's dream penetrates into your soul. Please Keep the commandments of the Lord. harken unto my words that the Lord will be merciful unto you & not cast you off, is His plea. If ever a People a Person needed to read the Book of Mormon it is us it is I. We love you, Ezra Taft Benson.
I just got done teaching my 10 year old and my 6 year old about this vision. Now I will show them this clip that capture Lehi's vision so eloquently. It is truly a struggle living in babylon being tempted countinuelessly with all of her immorality to keep the faith and hold on to the iron rod. This day in age is the greatest but also the most difficult spiritually. The mist of darkness is everywhere.
Very, very well done! The Church is indeed true! And the restored gospel is our greatest gift from God to us His children, today. The fruits of the Love of God are indeed incomparable in sweetness and in their capacity to bring us joy and peace.
Lehi's vision--and Nephi's subsequent experience when an angel helped him understand the symbolism--are favorites of mine. When I heard the missionary discussions more than 40 years ago, I knew the church was true when the elder who was teaching me began to explain the Holy Ghost and his purpose. As I read the Book of Mormon for the first time, I was struck by the plain and simple truths revealed symbolically in these two visions and I am still grateful today for the perspective added by these two men of God. I am grateful for the brother who was courageous enough to invite me to his home and take the discussions. This act literally changed my life and I have never had any doubts since that time.
I'm a member of the madison lake branch as a young woman's president and our missionaries watched it. I always thought of how we strive to be like him it's cool to think that this was real at some in the past and yes it's heartwarming to know what happened in the past I sOo~ love this I will try to watch more of these episodes for our church - Izzy
I was just out in a field with my dogs eating some kind of minature pears from a tree. I don't know what they were, but they were good. Then I came in and watched this video for the first time. Total coincidence but beautiful video.👍
The cinematography is perfect! It was as if they're really in that place. I love these videos and I'm so excited to receive the next notification of the next uploaded video😄
It just didn't happen, bro. Be at peace. Sometimes I myself believe Peter Parker did suffer the lost of Uncle Ben, but in the end, none of both did exist. Though it was so good a story that I really cried over the body of my Uncle, as if I wer Peter Parker.
@@PascalBlondiau That's your opinion :) which you are entitled to, but please remember to be courteous to others' beliefs and don't try to belittle it. We believe this to be true, and you're more than welcome to test it out for yourself! Thank you :)
Beautiful video ! I felt the witness of the Holy Ghost that this is true! I have a testimony of the truthfulness of this, the Book of Mormon. I will not walk away from the truths I know. It serves as a foundation for my life, happiness and all that I believe in. Naysayers can cry out, but that won't move my mountain. Yes, sometimes I still complain/murmur like Laman and Lemuel, but my beliefs and foundation of testimony in my heart make me want to do and be better each day. Thanks for the wonderful videos! I was able to be in some later videos and it was a wonderful experience! Life changing and very spiritual, even doing the same scenes over and over!
Thank HEAVENLY FATHER, HEAVENLY MOTHER, for the Book of Mormon, the Restoration of the TRUE CHURCH,THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS, back on Earth.
As relevant today as it was back then. The fruit is eternal life filled with love and light. The highest goal to reach for. Thank you, Lehi for sharing this vision and message with us.
My favorite part of 1 Nephi! I always think that all of us, all the people, are depicted in this dream of Lehi. You just have to make a choice which group you want to belong into. But the best is to stay near the Tree of Life and partake of the fruit. ☺
This is so well done I love how they depicted Lehi's vision it look ethereal & beautiful just like a vision. I loved how the director depicted Lehi's, Sariah's, Sam and Nephi's faithfulness & the skepticism of Laman & Lemuel because they didn't understand nor desired to seek to understand. I'm used to seeing Lehi's vision depicted in beautiful paintings which bring it to life but a video has an ability to bring this awesome event to life in a spectacular way.
I noticed those who clung to the rod didn't kneel when they came to the tree. However this last group knelt down, showing their humility and faith. What wonderful symbolizm for those who are truly striving and willing to stay with God and let Him Prevail. I also noticed that Lemuel frequently looked to Laman to make a decision as to where to go or what to do. I think this shows that siblings and those who we are close to in our lives can be a great influence, whether good or ill. I also know that had he chosen, Lemuel could have chosen to be strong like Sam. Perhaps being closer in age to Laman had a greater influence than he felt towards Sam or Nephi had.
"How pitiful!" Probably the nicest insult to ever come out of the great and spacious building. haha! But for real, this vision remains as poignant and meaningful today as the first time I read it. The pressure to compromise your morals is real... I've been feeling it more and more with every passing year. Simplicity, gratitude, family, kindness, humility - those bring you closer to the love of God. Thinking the grass is greener on the other side won't get you what you seek. You may lose the things that matter most.
Satan has pulled out all the stops, to entangle righteous people. The mists of darkness are very applicable in todays society that has so many voices leading people away from truth.
Sounds similar to the dream that Joseph's mom Lucy wrote down that her husband saw and told to Joseph Smith Jr. before the BOM was written. I love the symbolism. I love the teachings of the savior but unfortunately, the church includes 99 percent of the world and even Christians as part of the great and spacious building. Anyone outside the "covenant path". Our tent must become larger!
@@seancovey4012 you also have to remember that the recollection of Joseph Smith Sr' s dream by Lucy came decades after the book's publication. How she told it might have been influenced by the vision of Lehi.
One of the most important visions or dreams ever given! It speaks of our day, not just Lehi's time. There are multiple levels and meanings to this dream and one of them is that we are at the time when the Great and Spacious Building is all over the earth and will soon fall. The time is short, as President Nelson has reminded us. Pay attention to this dream and repent and come unto Jesus Christ by taking on the covenants of baptism and then the Temple. This dream was given for You.
@@00Fisher00 This is the same logic that Mormons use when it comes to the BoM verse saying that the BoM would be "translated" by Joseph, the son of Joseph. What a convenient "prophecy!" You take pieces of evidence that can indicate that Joseph Smith actually wrote it and explain it away as evidence of the existence of God. Astounding.
@@garrettrichards5559 It's not astounding at all for anyone who has observed two people coming to different conclusions apparently from the same evidence. It's not a matter of convenience, and it's not a matter of proving the existence of God. Latter-day Saints take a witness from God as a basis for other conclusions, in fact; that's crucial to our beliefs. You would be far less astounded if you were to ask members of the Church of Jesus Christ why we believe what we do. You might not end up agreeing with us, but you would understand and not be surprised.
@@garrettrichards5559 Did you read this vision yourself or from some anti-literature? Did you know that his Father's vision was not written down and recorded until 15 years after the Book of Mormon was published and that it was dictated by his Mother soon after Joseph's murder and did not come directly from Joseph Smith Senior himself? Did you know that his Father's vision was given when Joseph was 5 years old? It would be impossible for anyone, including Joseph Smith Jr. to plagiarize something not yet written. It would be near impossible for a 5-year-old to remember that dream 18 years later. It would also need to happen while in the midst of translating the plates and conveniently make up a story to fit it into the narrative so perfectly. I think your claim qualifies as a swing and a miss and then a total strike-out.
I’m able to picture what happened a lot better with this Book of Mormon Videos and I’m able to feel the spirit a lot more. Been posting each video in Facebook every week and will continue to do so with all videos you’re making to complete this Book of Mormon series. Such a great opportunity to share what’s in the Book of Mormon to others. Thank you so so much for making these videos 😊🙏🏻
I absolutely love this allegory. No mortal charlatan could have come up with it. It's one of my favorite key stories in the Book of Mormon, and I think of its symbolism often.
Aside from reading the scriptures everynight with my kids, we watch Book of Mormon videos every night. This helped me make them visualize what's written in BOM. We feel the spirit for every Video that we watch so I'm really thankful for this one.
I join with so many that this project, has the influence and support of our presiding Brothers and Sisters. My desire for my family and all that view these wonderful Book of Mormon videos, is that we all are led to read and re-read these scriptures pages. As we do the Holy Spirit will teach us far more than we can learn by only viewing these beautiful videos. I know that this was the intent and hope of all those involved in this incredible project. I can't wait for Fridays, for even more reasons than ever before!
This is as equally joyful as it is saddening. I'm sure Lehi represents the Lord well as he watches sorrowfully as many choose to follow the dark paths in life.
This is literally one of my favorite stories from the book of Mormon. The book of Mormon is such a great book. It makes so much more sense of all of the things for books of the Old Testament and New Testament were trying to tell us. I love being part of the LDS church.
My favorite story in the BOM soooo powerful and sooo much symbolism and truth for us in our day. Cant imagine the pain and sorrow Lehi felt for L & L. They saw an angel and they knew that the Gospel was true but thats not enough we need to Choose to follow Gods will. Knowing God was there and seeing an Angel is not enough. Faith is stronger than site. And some people taste the fruit and still choose to leave. Because they feel like they are missing the party. FYI I've been to the party at the "great and specious building"lol Your not missing anything! You will only find short term Carnal-Pleasure and quick thrills. But you will never Find lasting happiness, Peace and the Pure Joy that you feel and partake of with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I feel this joy the most when i'm sharing the Gospel & my personal testimony.
I love how easily believable and relatable the videos are being made. What I found interesting about the dream is that no matter how much a father and mother can love their children, each one of us has our own agency, which is honored by our Heavenly Father, and will never be taken away. Laman and Lemuel used their agency to reject the fruit whereas Lehi, Sariah, Nephi, and Sam chose to accept it and hold onto it. Each one of us has to choose for ourselves if we will seek, partake of, and hold onto the most precious fruit. Agency and faith are powerful.
I love these videos because it provides a way for my kids to see and better understand the stories in the Book of Mormon. I hope the church continues to produce these videos they are great!
So beautiful. I feel for Lehi when confronting Laman and Lemuel. He loves them so much that he would do anything for them. I can only ponder what our Heavenly Father loves His children and how sad he is when they fail. Great video. Thanks.
I can clearly remember Nephi's version of when he explains the meaning of the great and spacious building, that it was the "pride of the world; and it fell, and the fall thereof was exceedingly great." I don't know if this part will make it to these films but it would definitely be something to watch.
I thought that too, but I don't think they will repeat it. Part of the reason is the time and expense. It is a complicated vision. Another is they already said will not cover all of the book, but 60 percent. If they do it I will be pleasantly surprised.
When that couple dropped the fruit after partaking is when I felt very sad. And again the second time Laman and Lemuel would not come and partake. Anyone else?
I indeed agree, it is not different from us. I have always wondered if Lehi saw all of us, including you and I, her saw what we would do, hold fast unto the rod, or go into forbidden paths.
I really like how Laman and Lemuel are portrayed - not as sociopaths but human. They're relatable - which makes their cautionary tale more impactful. This really is an amazing production.
Also, his dream was a warning to his sons, moreso than a statement of fatalism. His dream was probably prompted by his concern over their constant murmuring in contrast to Nephi's unwavering support. The dream didn't seal their fate, but gave Lehi a way to illustrate and articulate the concerns Lehi and the Lord shared for Laman and Lemuel. It reflected where their hearts were at that moment in time, but was presented to them as a wake-up call to give them a chance to change course.
As recently becoming active again, I love the vision and testify of its truth. If you don’t cling to God’s word, it is very easy to fall away.
True , it is easy
How brave of you to have the courage to share part of your experience. What a testimony to the truthfulness of these words. Thank you! Bless you on your journey

Terrific! Finally, I can see it and imagine, many times have read it but never could imagine in such a brilliant way
This was excellent. Well done. Beautiful
I never noticed that! Thanks for sharing!
Hi TaylorT! I'm glad you pointed it that out!
Let me add to what you said....
(In the video: 8:09 )
So I checked, 1 Nephi 8...
In verse 24, it says, "clinging." This must be the group that you said that
held on to the rod with one hand. I would call them, "Clingers" from now on
so that I can differentiate them from other groups.
:D
(In the video: 9:49 )
In verse 30, it says,
"hold fast," so these are the people who used both hands in holding on to
the iron rod. I would call them, "H. F."
I also would like to point out that before the HFs partake of the fruit...
They "fell down" as mentioned in verse 30. To me, it symbolized how
grateful they were and they immediate prayed to Heavenly Father for guiding
them.
And here it is:
I have read the Book of Mormon and I still continue to read it because it is one of the ways to invite the Spirit of God or the Holy Ghost into my life.
:) You or for anyone else reading, you might enjoy this article:

Amazing video I look forward to these every friday! I wish they were longer and I wish a new one came out everyday, but I'll be happy and thankful for every friday! Thumbs up!!
Such a wonderful depiction of Lehis Vision. I have read the account so many times in The Book of Mormon and to see it in this form was truly a special experience.
Read in the bible 1 time
Indeed! I'm such a visual person, I'm glad this production was made
It made me cry because of the many parents that feel the same about their children. Well made, I felt the spirit ❤🙏.
or my siblings, I'm the only one a member on this side of the veil...
I was looking forward to this one so thank you! I can't imagine Lehi's sadness for what is to come of his oldest sons and boy could you feel it. Wonderful portrayal! Spirit felt: ✅
So love this thanks again for taking on this project. Well done
It's perfectly portrayed. I felt the Spirit. 😭💛
R. Julyen Me too!
Loved the video. It puts everything in perspective and the whole world needs to see it!
“You may think that Lehi’s dream or vision has no special meaning for you, but it does. You are in it; all of us are in it.”
Boyd K. Packer
yes, I learned that in scripture study
Yes, even Joseph Smith Sr. Had this same vision!
The scripture is very Siri specials teachers so much more everybody just keep trying
The scriptures are very special things to learn about, you should keep trying, keep trying to be like God. Don't ever let go of your faith.
Joesph is said to have taken from Levi’s dream from 1811………. As he did many other things. The church plays on your feelings.
What a great interpretation of this story from the Book of Mormon!
I was so excited for this episode
How beautiful this is done how full of the spirit it is. How much I felt Lehi's pain & fear that he might lose his sons Laman & Lemuel. how deeply the message of Lehi's dream penetrates into your soul. Please Keep the commandments of the Lord. harken unto my words that the Lord will be merciful unto you & not cast you off, is His plea. If ever a People a Person needed to read the Book of Mormon it is us it is I. We love you, Ezra Taft Benson.
This completely opened my eyes and changed my thoughts towards the vision of the tree of life!!
So great to enjoy these videos each week. Thank you!
I can't wait for the next video!
I loved this. My favorite so far.
Each words that Lehi speak was true. I am so happy for the videos of BOM. Salute to those people behind this you did a great job.
I always thought of how we strive to be like him it's cool to think that this was real at some in the past and yes it's heartwarming to know what happened in the past I sOo~ love this I will try to watch more of these episodes for our church

Thank you so much for this beautiful video. Totally felt the spirit while watching this and it was beautifully done.
I soo love this episode! ♥️♥️♥️
Press forward saints!♥️
This is one of my absolute favorite scripture stories. And it was done so well!😆
bruh i wana try that frut tho it looks so goood imajian eating it man it must be so good
I felt so sad about Lamn and Lemuel. Losing a member of the family because of unbelief is very hard. So I understand Lehi's pain
I know what that feels like too. I'm sorry, it hurts a lot.
@@goodahead yes! I think that anything is lost I will continue praying, I leave everything in the hand's Lord
It just didn't happen, bro. Be at peace. Sometimes I myself believe Peter Parker did suffer the lost of Uncle Ben, but in the end, none of both did exist. Though it was so good a story that I really cried over the body of my Uncle, as if I wer Peter Parker.
Pascal Blondiau has no idea how ironic his comment is in reply to Rosario's comment.
So important, this is one of my favorites in the whole book
Best one yet! Powerful. Thank you
As relevant today as it was back then. The fruit is eternal life filled with love and light. The highest goal to reach for. Thank you, Lehi for sharing this vision and message with us.
Amazing thank you all very much you all who made this wonderful video. So uplifting and heartfelt.
My favorite part of 1 Nephi! I always think that all of us, all the people, are depicted in this dream of Lehi. You just have to make a choice which group you want to belong into. But the best is to stay near the Tree of Life and partake of the fruit. ☺
I really can see the words come into my minds eye thank you all so very much for this experience
What a great and artistic way to make Lehi's Dream come to life!
This was visually appealing to me and quite inspirational as well.
Very well said i appreciate this.
@@n.d.m.515 you are correct. It is funny how some things written decades after are dismissed and others are gospel truth!
It's a plagiarism of Joseph Smith Sr.'s remarkably similar dream from 1811.
As mentioned in a different reply to Garret Richards, God can give the same dream to many people. Thanks for the thought, Kelly.
I love the series of videos, I can feel the Holy Spirit watching it.
Abelhawk If you look into church history, Joseph Smith Sr. had this very same vision!
Since I have no school today, I can watch this immediately!!!!!
Aside from reading the scriptures everynight with my kids, we watch Book of Mormon videos every night. This helped me make them visualize what's written in BOM. We feel the spirit for every Video that we watch so I'm really thankful for this one.
It's amazing, I can't wait to see the next chapters. 👍
Great job! The music is good, and the filming.
Of course it is. You know how rich the LDS corporation is.
Definitely something worth putting real effort into.
This is literally one of my favorite stories from the book of Mormon. The book of Mormon is such a great book. It makes so much more sense of all of the things for books of the Old Testament and New Testament were trying to tell us. I love being part of the LDS church.
A commandment is a commandment from our dear lord!!Amen.
Such an epic supplement to the come follow me lessons. These videos are top notch!
So excited to hear they are helping you with the "Come, Follow Me" lessons this year!
Am so thankful for the restored gospel, for that mine eyes are opened
I love these videos because it provides a way for my kids to see and better understand the stories in the Book of Mormon. I hope the church continues to produce these videos they are great!
oh dang I cried a little when the people ate the fruit- you got me, Holy Ghost! You got me ;P
Just know not to feel ashamed !!! (●◡●)
So beautiful. I feel for Lehi when confronting Laman and Lemuel. He loves them so much that he would do anything for them. I can only ponder what our Heavenly Father loves His children and how sad he is when they fail. Great video. Thanks.
I felt the Spirit. :) Wonderful video.
Very well done, it's a simple but powerful message.
I can't wait for Nephi's vision of this.
Do you think they'll go through it again, after they already did Lehi's?
@@1000HolyPlaces There are too many additional important details in Nephi's version for them to skip over it.
Definitely
I can clearly remember Nephi's version of when he explains the meaning of the great and spacious building, that it was the "pride of the world; and it fell, and the fall thereof was exceedingly great." I don't know if this part will make it to these films but it would definitely be something to watch.
I thought that too, but I don't think they will repeat it. Part of the reason is the time and expense. It is a complicated vision. Another is they already said will not cover all of the book, but 60 percent. If they do it I will be pleasantly surprised.
I love this scripture story. Was my favorite from the Sun Beams, all the way to Deacons still. I love these videos
Thank you
When that couple dropped the fruit after partaking is when I felt very sad. And again the second time Laman and Lemuel would not come and partake. Anyone else?
Lehi reiterates L&L's refusal to eat the fruit several times in the account.
That would suggest your paths are set in stone tho. And that’s not a good belief
