To remember and act on that remembrance as Captain Moroni did, fearing not what man can do. Just as faith without works is dead so too is remembering without action. Been a while since Silverstone, brother.
Captain Moroni is calling us to action NOW. Do you believe the Lord is not in the details of our lives or is it just coincidence these are the Scriptures we're studying this year. We're living real time our own fight for Freedom and Democracy. I for one, will NOT bow down to any man who tries to usurp God.
I want to be a father like this man. This is the start of my journey to that goal.

Captain Moroni is one of my favorite heros in the Book of Mormon and still is. One of my many parts of the Book of Mormon to read and can learn many lessons that are taught in these chapters. I have a Title of Liberty in our home. In honor and memore of our God, our religion, freedom, peace and families!
I love this book! The Book of Mormon is a true record of people living in the Americas and their experiences with Jesus Christ.
Great video. The music is stellar! A clear message for our day: Protecting the freedom of religion and the right to protect the family as the cornerstone of society is paramount to the future of our societies. As we watch the demographic and spiritual collapse around the world, it is clear that now is the time for people like Captain Moroni to stand up for true principles.

What a time in our own lives where we need people like this man, a man who helped to shake the very foundations of hell itself.
They seem to have taken a bit more free approach with the dialogue on this one but the events are still faithful to the Book of Mormon text as far as is possible, which I appreciate.

I love the focus on families by the righteous. I love that they had the wives walking hand in hand with their husbands as they marched for freedom, and that they clearly were motivated to protect their families. It was a bit of a foreshadowing to the war that the men would have to go fight, and it showed the emotional difficulty that it must've been for all their families.
11:10 If All Men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto Moroni, Behold, the Very Powers of Hell would have been Shaken Forever; yea, the Devil would Never have Power over the Hearts of the Children of Men. This is a great video and is more important to us in our day. As the world gets more divisive and wicked, we must defend our freedoms and rights. We have the Gospel of Jesus Christ and we have been able to covenant to God to do what we can for our families and protect them from the evils that are all around us..

I watched this with my children and we loved it we had to rewatch it! I loved to watch the family trust in God and pray together. Standing up for Christ!
This was really well done! I was quite impressed. It is the best portrayal I've seen yet of 'Captain' Moroni and of the Nephites of that time period. I also like the portrayal of Amaleckiah, the actor was well chosen for that role. It's nice to see Moroni portrayed as a Native American looking soldier with armor that works for that time & place. The old Arnold Friberg painting of Moroni, awesome though it is, is outdated, with its very buff European looking fellow with Roman-looking armor :)
Kaleti Williams is the actor who plays Amaleckiah. Known to play lots of "bad guy" roles in Hollywood... But, also works full-time Rady's Childrens Hospital (Mental Health/ Psych Dept.) and Coaches Youth Sports (during is off-time) in Southern CA. Also, my dad (father of 3 and married high school sweetheart since 1989) So in real life he follows the footsteps of Cptn. Moroni. And I agree with others, Cptn. Moroni is the "real" Captain America. It would be really nice to see a full feature film of Captn Moroni story. Truthfully, I think it would be a great idea for the world to see during these times.

I pray that you can have the Spirit of the Great Peacemaker. Trust no man and put all your faith in the Spirit for it will guide and direct you in all things! 🙏🏻
The Spirit throughout all scripture has at times directed the saints to fight those who would oppress them. Captain Moroni offered peace every chance he could, but did not shy away from conflict when it was needed. Armed conflict is not necessary for this present moment, but the saints cannot shirk if it will be. And they will find many other ways to challenge evil in the most peaceful manner possible, as Captain Moroni did here.
Ex 15:3 “The Lord is a man of war.”
The Lord is patient, kind, loving and merciful, but He is also a man of war.
When Jesus comes again, He will wage war with the wicked. Sometimes, to seek peace, that is what is required. If not so, the Lord would not do it.

The Nephites and Lamanites had the same physical appearance. Though they had different customs, clothing, and markings the Lamanites placed on their foreheads to distinguish themselves.
